We took the tour with OuYangMan as our guide. She was excellent! She was very attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, she gave each of us a welcome goodie bag containing tissue, oranges and water. She also gave us some chinese cake, which we loved! We spent three days with her exploring Tianmen mountain, the Nationall Park and the Grand Canyon. She followed our pace and answered all of our questions. We always felt safe and taken care of. Knowing that we loved the cake, she brought more for us every morning. We even brought some back with us 😅. We would absolutely recommend the tour and OuYangMan as the guide.

I came to China for a trip alone. I signed up for this small group. I think it will be easier to make friends from all over the world with everyone. I have been to more than 100 countries. I think China's service and scenery are the most beautiful. They will contact you in advance to arrange everything. If there is any problem on the way, they will solve it for you in time. Our tour guide was 谢宇, and he was very nice and accommodating towards us as we were the only non PRCs in the tour group. The 1st night in Changsha was free roam and a night stay. The tour guide met up with us on the 2nd day, the zjj route we did was the grand valley so it was the glass bridge, VR, zipline/elevator, slide and boat. Just fyi that there’s 2 boat rides and need to walk about 3km+. There’s the charming xiangxi show, if you like Chinese opera and theatrics you should go. The tianmen 山 was just a lot of escalators and cable car ride back to the entrance. Furong town and Fenghuang is more olden city vibes and they provided FOC miao outfit. We paid +$80 per pax for the activites, $30 for room upgrade, $40 for makeup and photoshoot. (sgd) It’s a great tour and I would recommend this, the hotels are decent and food is good. They walk v quickly so if you tend to slow down and take photos then you’ll be left behind. Cuz we were always the last to catchup as we were vlogging.

Thanks to our handsome and kind guide, Ashui (Ye Jurong), we had a comfortable, safe, and breathtaking trip. The itinerary started with Tianmen Mountain on the first day, followed by Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, and Tianzi Mountain on the second day, and finished at Huangshizhai and Jin鞭溪 (Golden Whip Stream) on the third day. Everything we saw was mesmerizing, like a utopia, and the scenery was mysterious and unforgettable. It is a natural heritage site that you must see before you die. The accommodation arranged by the guide was very large and clean, and it was close to the food night market and performance hall, so we could spend the evenings without any regrets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ate a lot. The two-night stay was very comfortable, and there was nothing to be desired in terms of the shower, bed, and TV. For two dinners, we had traditional Chinese cuisine, which was so delicious that it completely changed our preconceptions. It was so delicious that my colleagues and I ate until we were full. Throughout the package schedule, our guide was always attentive to the guests, especially giving us plenty of time to wait for the restroom, and arranging enough time for taking pictures and free time, which made the trip comfortable and satisfying. October in Zhangjiajie is cool and nice, but you should bring an umbrella, raincoat, and light padding in the mountains just in case. If I come again, I will book this package again. For your information, We didn't go to Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake, or the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. After finishing the 3rd day, we can arrive at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station (high-speed railway station) around 12:30 PM, so you can book your train tickets accordingly.

The itinerary these days is really perfect. I saw the sunrise. Although the weather was good for only one day, the tour guide saved us a lot of time and dealt with a lot of problems. Nice trip with great tour guard 阿军。But the itinerary is different from what is stated. short of a lunch as indicated for last day at Fenghuang old city. contacted the tour operator Sally. she is very helpful and responsive. she helped to apply for compensation but till now not refunded yet. I booked high speed train from Changsha to Zhangjiajie @10am. returned I booked 2pm from Fenghuang to CHANGSHA. the plan goes smoothly. All hotels are nice and clean. recommended. itinerary:

Our guide , Xiong Junke, is very kind, thoughtful and caring. Though we cannot speak chinese he was very attentive to our needs, especially to my sister. He tried his best to communicate to us.
