If a single adult travels, please be sure to purchase one “single room supplement”; a single traveler will be arranged a separate room; if three adults travel, an additional “single room supplement” will be purchased, and two rooms will be arranged for you. Children’s packages do not include hotel beds and scenic area entrance tickets.
The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only, and the specific arrangements will be based on the actual touring situation on the day. The itinerary may change and be adjusted due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queuing and control in scenic areas, tourists’ own conditions, and force majeure. There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach the monkey groups closely, and do not touch wild animals on the mountain, to avoid injury.

After entering the scenic area, all transportation between attractions is provided by free eco-friendly vehicles within the scenic area, not a dedicated vehicle for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area, so please be sure to meet at the location designated by the guide, do not get separated, and do not leave personal belongings on the eco-friendly vehicle; during peak season, queuing often occurs, so please follow the guide closely and do not leave the team without authorization.
During peak season, Tianmen Mountain has a large flow of people. There may be queues when checking tickets and transferring. Please wait patiently. The guide will arrange entry as soon as possible. Since Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticketing, tourists must bring their original ID cards, and students over 18 years old must bring their student ID cards. If tickets cannot be collected and entered due to incomplete documents, guests need to repurchase them at the listed price.
If the glass skywalk is closed for various reasons, the scenic area will not provide any compensation, and forced passage is not allowed! The glass skywalk is located on a cliff, with steep terrain. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, drunkenness, or other physical conditions unsuitable for touring should not challenge it.
When climbing, please "enjoy the scenery without walking, and walk without enjoying the scenery" to ensure safety. Please try to wear hiking shoes, bring rain gear, and do not move around casually during the ride. We wish you a wonderful journey and add color to your life.
