I took the 60-minute service and it was very thorough. I learned a lot and the information provided was very clear and well explained. The lady who did my analysis is called Erica and she is very kind and gentle! She speaks English very well, so the service is really open to everyone. At the end, they present us with recommended products that we can photograph, and we can even redo our makeup with products they provide! The experience was enjoyable and super fun, I recommend it 100%!

Teacher Ji Hee provided us with a very detailed analysis. The entire process was thorough and thoughtful. We arrived at the shop at 5:30 PM on May 4th, but I had actually made a mistake (it should have been May 6th). The appointments for May 4th were already full, and the shop closed at 7 PM. However, the teacher and translator were willing to work overtime after 7 PM. They didn't rush us at all throughout the entire process and even offered to let me try on outfits. They ended up working until 8:45 PM. I'm very grateful!

The staff was very attentive, and the translator was also very good. Overall, the colorimetry and body shape analysis is good; it's not an in-depth exploration, but it serves as a good foundation. They also recommended products I could buy and provided printed guides of what they explained.

i love this experience! they provided makeup and tools to use for the workshop. and you can ask for help and sometimes they assist people individually. good explanation. and the experience way cheaper than those one on one makeup tutorial sessions somewhere else . plus they give out free products after (i got a full size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and eye shadow palette that matches my eyes based on the workshop). there’s a free photobooth with 2 prints after. they also gave a 20% discount too for shopping afterwards. worth it!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

Great price to be informed about how well maintained your skin is. They offer English and if they don’t fully translate they will use a translator to make sure you understand. Good buy if you’re in the area and are curious about your skin.

I was worried about getting my makeup done in Korea because of how different my skin color is than most travelers and Koreans. I wanted a makeup look similar to Jang Wonyoung from IVE. My makeup artist did an AMAZING JOB! She listened to my wants and concerns and was able to do it perfectly! She was so kind and considerate even though we were very late due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for the makeover, I’ve never seen this look on me before, and it’s a look I won’t forget. Definitely recommend!

I had a really fun time making my own cleanser. The staff was very helpful and patient, and the class was easy to follow. There was also a simple skin analysis provided at the start of the class which was helpful in choosing which cleanser I could make.

What to know before visiting Seoul

What to expect in Seoul

Seoul’s most-booked experiences on Klook mix cultural experiences, theme parks and observation decks, with events & shows and massages also showing strong demand. Booking activity rises and falls through the year, with a clear busy spell in late spring and early summer and much quieter demand in late winter.

Best times to visit based on crowds and prices

Klook data shows demand peaks in May and remains high into June and July, while February is among the quietest months. Prices are highest on average in July and drift down through autumn to reach their typical low in October. If you want smaller crowds and lower prices, consider travel in February or October; if you’re after peak-season atmosphere and lots of events, May through July is the busiest period. Prices and demand mostly move together around the summer peak, though October offers lower prices while demand is already reduced.

Tips for travellers from the United States

Most visitors from the United States book experiences about four days ahead, with some last-minute bookings possible a day before travel and earlier planners booking a few weeks out. For travel in the busy May–July period, consider booking earlier within that window to secure preferred dates and times; for winter or October trips you can be more flexible and still find options. Use Klook to compare cultural tours, theme park tickets and observation-deck passes so you can lock in what matters to you without overplanning.
