Because I was a bit indecisive, he even called me to discuss and analyze the order of the itinerary. He was very patient in offering suggestions and flexible in arranging the schedule. On the day of the tour, at each different attraction, he also explained the process and important notes to us beforehand, and even took group photos with us. Our Nami Island tour was a much-needed trip away from the city-scene! It was so nice for our family to enjoy the cable cars, rail bikes, and island trip away from crowds -- it was all so refreshing! Special shoutout for our tour guide, BOB!! He was so sweet and nice, and was such a highlight of our trip! He really helped us throughout the trip: he planned everything with our preferences in mind, communicated so kindly, gave us insider tips, and accommodated our schedules! He gave us such great recommendations ~ we had so much fun and highly recommend Bob as a tour guide! It was really cool to experience the cable car with a glass floor, along with the scenery at the top. It's a manageable family-friendly hike with an impressive and rewarding view at the top. Our second experience, the rail bike, is an easy and enjoyable ride! Lastly, going to Nami Island was such a great way to interact with nature, animals, and history! Great experience, thanks to Bob!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Full marks, highly recommend! The Gangneung car charter experience exceeded my expectations! I arrived at Gangneung Station at 6:35 AM, with my car scheduled for 4:40 PM. After arriving, I got sidetracked trying to buy Gangneung Station apple juice, which took a long time. Initially, I couldn't find the meeting point and had no idea where to wait. It took a lot of effort to finally figure out that we were supposed to meet at the 'I' sign. While I was still feeling lost, the driver, wearing a red shirt, proactively approached and recognized me. Even though I was late, the driver was incredibly understanding and didn't complain at all. Throughout the journey, he was exceptionally thoughtful, concerned that I might be bored, and enthusiastically chatted and explained local customs and culture the entire time. During our casual conversation, I mentioned that I've loved K-dramas and K-pop since childhood, which is why I specifically came to Korea for this trip. To my surprise, the driver was also a Bigbang fan! He immediately played "Bang Bang Bang" in the car, and we sang along together, creating an amazing atmosphere! During the trip, he took me to a popular tofu restaurant and even offered to help take photos, finding great angles. The original plan was to charge an overtime fee at the end of the trip, but the driver ultimately didn't charge any extra fees. He was truly reliable and sincere. The driving was smooth, he was friendly, and the itinerary was flexible and relaxed. For anyone traveling independently to Gangneung, I highly recommend choosing this driver. My trip was filled with warmth, and I will definitely book him again next time I visit Gangwon-do!

we were assigned the driver Hwang In-Tae. He was very easy to communicate with. sometimes using a translator to describe more fully. He gave some history around the area and was very considerate of our needs. The day before the trip he let is know there would be rain and we were able to prepare an itinerary. Hwang In-Tae was very flexible. He took a few pictures for us, had extra umbrellas and made special accommodations for our request to go out of Provence to Sky Ranch Farm just out side of Gangneung. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing and convenient trip. We really appreciate our driver and the ease of booking free time taxi service. Thank you so much! Me and my mother definitely can recommend this service!

Jenny was wonderful, she communicated well and was a wonderful driver. Car was clean and the ride was smooth and she explained everything, even giving us interesting facts on the way to Museum San. Would book again in a heartbeat!
