The instructions were to go and to collect the tickets where easy to understand. the rail park is away from soul would beautiful scenic roots and it's not too difficult to bike. includes the biking root themed tunnels romantic train and a shuttle back. you pay per bike so the amount of people match what is needed. We loved it.

It was our first time visiting Nami Island and trying out the railbike and it was such a fun experience! Despite a little mishap along the way, our guide and driver handled everything calmly and professionally. Our guide was also really sweet and kind, sharing interesting facts about the places we visited. The scenery was beautiful, we had some really good dakgalbi too and had such a great time riding the railbike with our friends! Definitely a memorable first-time experience and one to remember! 🥰

We had a great experience on the “See It ALL” J Tour with Joe as our guide! Joe was experienced, knowledgeable, and spoke multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, and Korean. The bus was small but comfortable for our group. We were picked up at 8 AM and returned to Seoul around 8 PM.
The alpaca farm was a highlight, with opportunities to feed alpacas up close and see other animals, including capybaras and golden eagles. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as there is plenty of uphill walking!
Nami Island was peaceful and beautiful, with well-organised ferry transfers, bike rental, and a sightseeing train. Petite France and Italian Village weren’t really for us, but they offered nice photo opportunities.
The Garden of Morning Calm was stunning, especially the Millennial Juniper, and is definitely worth visiting.
Overall, it’s a long but rewarding day. Thanks, Joe, for making it such an enjoyable experience!

Kenny was the best! The tour was very interesting, very educational and interesting to experience. There are plenty of stops to get food and go to the restroom. And the experience was overall worth the experience. We both enjoyed ourselves.

There was plenty of time to do one or even two tours ☺️ We traveled with ONE, and he organized the entire transfer and everything else wonderfully :) He showed us pictures and explained the various options in the park and how to get there.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour visiting Seoraksan and Naksan Temple. Everything was very well organized and punctual, and the transportation was excellent and very comfortable.
A special thank you to our guide, Han, who was amazing throughout the entire tour. He was always attentive to everything we needed and shared lots of interesting information not only about the places we were visiting, but also about Korea in general. His explanations made the experience even more enjoyable and meaningful.

We were very glad to have booked the private tour to Nami and asked to include Alpaca World and Rail Bike in the itinerary. Our driver Lidongob was really helpful. He planned our route impeccably so we can have enough time at each place. He pre booked all our entrance tickets and did not charge extra for the 15 mins of excess time. we just paid him what we were supposed to pay. And he explained in detail to us what to expect at each place so we knew exactly what to do and felt safe and secure. He also reserve a lunch place for us and gave great recommendation for nice lunch before rail bike. It was a great way to explore areas out of Seoul.
