Our guide Mimi, and Shin were fantastic! they were informative and organized. We enjoyed the tour - snowyland have so many activities , rubber snow boat, sledding, snow mobile, there’s a building with a cafe, and open air snack bar. it was wonderful making smores amidst the snow. there’s load of things that can be done at vivaldi, there’s an underground mall with arcade, cinema playground for kids, etc. We had so much fun, book the tour!

The instructor will add you to the group a day earlier and teach you how to get to the boarding point. I remember that I arrived 15 minutes early. I really won't wait if I'm late! Coach Mr. K explained in great detail in the car and would remind me! The place to rent clothes has a class tutorial to give us a preliminary understanding ~ there are many ski resorts, there are multiple different slides! The coaches taught very well! Activity on your own after 12:30! There's a cable car ride again - and there's roasted marshmallows to eat! So good~~

My booking got changed to eobi + alcapa + nami + morning of the garden calm from petite france to eobi. But overall the tour was satisfying and hassle free.

Our guide Jesse was friendly and managed the tour well. Alpaca world had many cute alpacas and you can buy food to feed. Vivaldi snowyland is good for adults and kids to ride fun snow rides.
