Overalll loved our stay. The location was great and close to limousine bus pick up/drop off. We ended up cancelling our Jeju trip and coming back to the hotel and they let us store our luggage there. Staff was so kind and helpful throughout. Only downside was that we booked 2 single beds option but front desk noted they only got double room and so had to pay extra for the single beds

We had a wonderful stay here at Pacific hotel. The location is perfect as it is nearby the Myeongdong Shopping Street. Hotel room is clean, nice & comfortable. Will definitely come here again and stay at this hotel.

As shared above, cleanliness was top priority. Bed sheets had some dust coming out from it. You know those kind where the fabric was just wash kind. It was everywhere. Ventilation of the room can also be improved. The lady who cleaned the room can be more aware of this. Location of the hotel was a plus point. Subway just infront of the hotel. Myeondong just across the street.

Cleanliness can definitely be improved. During our stay of 7 nights, the bedsheets had this dust coming out of it. It was all over the room. The ventilation of the room can also be better. Staff can be more friendlier but i guess it is just a Korean thing. Good thing about this hotel was the location. Full of halal restaurants around the area and Myeondong is just across the street. There is also a self service laundry room in the basement of the hotel but opens till 2300 hrs only. The hotel lobby and room corridors always smells nice. cleanliness: cleanliness:

Perfect location in the heart of Seoul Myeongdong. Lots of restaurants, street food, unlimited shopping. Room is clean but lacking is some areas such as: toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, only tv local korean channels. There's a cafe at the lobby which is a plus point. Overall it's a great place to stay within your budget.
