Step 5: Line up on the curb in front of the correct bus. Step 6: If you have luggage, large ones will be loaded under the bus. very easy to claim, go to bus ticket near gate 5 and exchange your voucher into coupons for your bus ride. available bus every 10mins. the bus stop in the airport is just outside the counter. while bus stop 6015 in myeongdong is in front of Daiso 12F and near exit 8 myeongdong subway. very convenient esp hotels nearby. and very comfy seats

The exchange is easy and straightforward, just as Klook explained. At the counter, you just show the QR code and they will exchange it for you silently. After that, they confirm the boarding location and bus number for you. Then you just go to the boarding location. When you check your luggage, they will ask you where you are going, so tell them the stop where you will be getting off. This is because of the loading order of the luggage. Even if the hotel name is the same as the stop name, it may not be understood, but it's okay. I've only taken the bus to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, but there is Japanese guidance, so don't worry. I recommend it to people whose hotel is near a bus stop because it's easy.

Very easy to redeem, just go to the dedicated counter and show them the QR Code to exchange for a physical tickets, then go outside to bus stop 5B-2 to board. The seats are spacious and the ride was comfortable from Incheon Airport all the way to Myeongdong. Travel time is about 1hr and 20mins depending on traffic.

The redemption at the airport counter was easy, there was no queue at all. The staff who placed our luggages in the compartment was helpful and they were careful. The seats were comfortable though the temperature inside was a quite warm for us.

Super easy to use. Just go to the dedicated counter to exchange for physical tickets and the bus stop to board is just outside. seats are super spacious and comfortable. One thing to improve is perhaps a screen to show the next stop so we can prepare to alight.
