Excellent tour guide, was already there way before our meet up timing, took attendance and bus was there waiting for us to board! - best as it’s freezing cold outside. Similarly for departure, all good and bus was there ready for us! Guide explained all information about the entire location of the outlet and village, provided us with e-vouchers for our usage.

The service is good, convenient, and comfortable. The chairs are comfortable, there are charging stations, and staff are available. The price is affordable. I will definitely use this service again next time.

I arrived early at the Myeongdong meeting point, not wanting to be late, and the bus also arrived promptly, about 20 minutes ahead of schedule. On this day, the bus was full of people boarding from Myeongdong, but the reception staff efficiently handled everything, making the boarding process smooth. However, even with only three minutes until departure, the staff member was still anxiously waiting outside for someone who hadn't arrived yet. When a young Japanese person arrived with just two minutes to spare, showing no signs of rushing, the staff member kindly and accurately explained everything inside the bus to ensure we departed on time. From an objective standpoint, I felt very reassured, sensing that this was a highly reliable tour. I will definitely choose this bus tour again when I visit Korea!

Pickup spot is easy to locate, fuss free way to get to the outlet, but does not come with a guide nor an introduction of the outlet by the guide - mentioned in other reviews. theres just a staff that take attendance for pickup. rest of the journey just the bus driver, who is very professional

easy to book. pick up was at Myeong dong, near north face. guide will explain everything clearly, then get off the bus, and bus driver took us to YEOJU. at pick up, only bus driver was present, took attendance and set off.

We stayed in Myeongdong, near the bus stop by the large North Face store, close to Exit 4. The staff and guide provided excellent service, and the price was very reasonable. Shopping was a lot of fun! We even received complimentary BHC Pop chicken and Coke, plus a cup of coffee per person at the premium lounge. It was fantastic!

It has been a great experience and a good value of money joinning this trip. Easy booking and Meeting point is easy to find. It made my trip very easy without a hassle. They gave us a discount coupon and Premium lounge access with one drink. Totally Recommended!

I highly recommended this activity! It is easier than booking your own bus to the outlet yourself! Besides, the price of the activity is similar to the actual bus, but what's to expect is it is more convenient than the actual bus to the outlet. Moreover, you can pick your own pick up point and you get the free coupon for the snack and VIP lounge at the outlet. At the end, I forgot my belongjng on the bus and I contact the staff directly via whatsapp and they were so kind to secure my belonging without throwing it away. 🥹I came to pick it up my thing at their office around Myeongdong area and it is super easy to find their office.

the guide is knowledgeable with the outlet. bus is very punctual and well planned… we have started the journey at 9am sharp and return to Seoul same day at 440pm… very good the condition of the bus. the guide will provide us with free vouchers
