[Notes and Safety Regulations]

• Basic Information and Insurance: All registrants must provide their Chinese name and identification details. The organizer will assist in arranging event and track insurance.
• Check-in Process: Upon arrival at the event venue, please follow staff instructions for check-in, present your Klook App ticket QR-Code to collect your wristband and meal voucher, and use the wristband for identification upon entry. If identity information cannot be verified on-site, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.
• Safety Regulations: Smoking and carrying dangerous items are strictly prohibited within the racetrack. Please strictly adhere to the zero-tolerance policy for drunk driving. If any behavior involves intoxication or obstructs track safety, the organizer reserves the right to cancel participation qualifications without refund.
• Terms and Conditions Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change event content.

[Special Reminder]

Participants agree that the organizer may take event record photos and videos during the event, and use them for subsequent event promotion and marketing. The organizer may publicly broadcast, publicly screen, publicly transmit, and use the aforementioned photos or videos on event websites, showrooms, or any form of media. Completing registration signifies agreement for Porsche Taiwan to use all event photos and videos.

[Porsche Taiwan Data Collection and Protection Clause]

1. I agree that Porsche Taiwan and [its dealers/service centers/rental companies/Porsche pre-owned car dealers], for the purpose of protecting my personal data, may directly or indirectly collect, process, and utilize my personal data within the scope of the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act: (1) Purpose of Collection: For marketing, providing customer service and management (including verifying my identity with the personal data I provide, contacting me, providing services and information related to the aforementioned companies and their affiliates or partners, telephone interviews, statistical analysis, etc.), within the necessary scope for collection, processing, utilization, and international transmission.
2. Categories of Personal Data: Personal data provided, including name, ID number, contact information, occupation, interests, financial information such as income, vehicle registration data, or other data that can directly or indirectly identify me.
3. Period, Region, Recipients, and Method of Use: (1) Period: The duration of the purpose for which personal data is collected. (2) Region: The operating regions of the aforementioned companies and overseas regions, and the locations of international personal data recipients not restricted by the competent authority. (3) Recipients: The aforementioned companies, their parent companies, subsidiaries or branches, affiliates, other companies holding a certain percentage or more of shares, and other cooperative organizations with business dealings. (4) Method: By phone, SMS, email, paper, or other secure and protected methods.
4. Data Protection: All personal data collected by our company will be protected and processed, and stored in our company's or service provider's database. Relevant control measures include physical and logical access control, firewall technology access, and other information security technology control measures have been implemented. If any personal data leakage occurs, including loss, misuse, hacking, or tampering, our company will notify you of the subsequent processing measures taken to protect your rights.
5. I may inquire about, request to review, request copies of, supplement or correct, request to stop collecting, processing or utilizing, and delete my personal data held by the aforementioned companies. Inquiries, requests for review, and requests for copies (please call customer service hotline 0800-718-911) will incur necessary costs. However, if my rights are damaged due to my request for the above actions, the aforementioned companies are not liable for damages.
6. I am free to choose whether to provide relevant personal data and categories. However, if the personal data and categories I refuse to provide are necessary for business review or operations, I understand that the aforementioned companies may not be able to conduct necessary business reviews or may not be able to provide me with relevant or better services.

[Cancellation and Changes to Driving Experience Activities]

1. Changes to Event Content: Porsche shall notify the customer in writing if any significant changes occur to the event content. If such revisions substantially alter the event content, the customer may notify Porsche in writing to cancel the reservation within 3 days of receiving the change notification. In this case, Porsche shall refund the full event fee to the customer, and Porsche shall have no further liability to the customer.
2. Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure as defined in this contract, Porsche reserves the right to cancel the event or change service items. Porsche will refund the event fee and shall have no further liability or legal responsibility to the customer, event participants, or any third party for any damages, increased costs, or losses incurred due to such cancellation or change.
3. Customer Cancellation of Reservation: Please understand that the total number of participants and the number of spots for each driving experience activity are limited. If a customer must cancel a reservation after completing registration, Porsche kindly requests the customer to note the following notification period and refund policy: Cancellation notified within 3 days from the completion of registration will receive a 100% refund of the event fee. Cancellation notified more than 3 days after the completion of registration will not receive any refund of the event fee.
4. If the customer or event participant does not arrive at the venue on the day of the event, 100% of the fee paid by the customer will be charged as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
