Ticket Purchase Information

• This event ticket is an electronic ticket (QR Code). No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present a valid QR Code for scanning upon entry.
• Each ticket's QR Code is valid for a single entry only. It will become invalid after being scanned and verified, and cannot be reused.
• Please keep your ticket QR Code safe. If you are unable to enter due to loss, screenshot leakage, transfer, or use by others, no reissuance, exchange, or compensation will be provided; the holder is responsible for related risks.
• For refund policies and procedures for each channel, please refer to the refund regulations announced by each ticketing channel. Tickets for this event sold on the Klook platform are electronic tickets (QR Code). If you wish to apply for a refund, please apply according to Klook's refund mechanism and relevant regulations; refund conditions, applicable rules, and whether related fees will be incurred are subject to the announcements of each channel.
• Refund applications must be completed before the event end date, August 23, 2026 (Sunday). Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds. Please contact Klook customer service for refunds.

Visiting Information

• Photography, audio recording, and video recording are not permitted in all areas of this exhibition. Please comply with the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the artists and their works.
• Please comply with the exhibition visiting regulations and the instructions of on-site staff to jointly maintain the order and quality of the visit.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), or long-handled umbrellas into the venue. If regulations are violated and not improved after warning, the organizer reserves the right to ask the person to leave, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
• In case of large crowds, the organizer may implement entry control based on the on-site situation. Please queue and wait for entry according to the instructions of on-site staff.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings. No storage service is provided on-site. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• Exhibition-related regulations are subject to on-site announcements; if any exhibits, equipment, or other facilities are damaged, relevant compensation responsibilities shall be borne.
• For any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the event content and the final interpretation.
