Paul was nice and courteous; answered questions we had about the places we visited. He also clearly detailed the itinerary and gave us estimate travel time from one stop to the next. We had a Honda CR-V for this trip and had a safe travel from hotel within Yangmingshan and Tamsui. Cons: We booked the hot spring voucher for Tien Lai resort via Klook. Apparently klook only issued one voucher for the car service and the resort entrance fee. When we got to Tien Lai, the staff can’t verify it with their records. We had to wait 30mins for Tien Lai to verify this with Klook. I guess it’s best if klook issues separate vouchers for this. Good thing, Paul liased the issue between klook and Tien Lai. Suggestion: bring packed meals. Though Tien Lai offers meals in their hotel resto, we were told they open at 14:30 so there’s not enough time to actually have lunch. Also didn’t notice food options in Yangmingshan. We only had the chance to eat a full meal in Tamsui but it was already late in the afternoon as it was the last stop. I’d recommend you to visit Yangmingshan in Spring to appreciate the cherry blossom. Tien Lai was the highlight of this trip. We didn’t appreciate much of the wild cows because of the heavy fog. Make sure to bring your swimsuits and swimming head cap.

The driver was very very nice and even went down with us to show us around at the park. He even took pictures for us. He was also understanding when we wanted to change destinations at the end. :)

The day was foggy so we didn't get to go to yangmingshan. But our driver Mr Eric brought us to yeliu shimen and jinshan. Along the way he introduced us delicious hotpot and bazhang which was the best I've eaten. If we go again we would surely engage him again.

We had a wonderful trip with Alvin. He took good care of us and it was a safe and smooth trip. It was really foggy and raining hard, and we feel safe despite the circumstances.

We got a taxi which was not a 5 seater. The guide was good but the ride was not comfortable. I was car sick going up the winding roads up the mountains. Views were good, but expect lots of tourists crowds too. Hot springs were very good!

My Wife is pregnant and we have a 2YO toddler and an elderly parent with us. James helped us to plan our itinerary based on this, and was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. He brought us to a wonderful lunch on Yang Ming Shan where the restaurant served hot chicken soup on a cold rainy afternoon, and we managed to catch the very last calla lilies in the garden of the restaurant. The only thing that I wished was better was the comfort of his car’s middle row seats - I was seating in the middle next to my toddler, and the seat was way too hard. Overall a very good experience - just try not to sit at the middle seat!
