Very nice one-day trip. Reach to many beautiful famous spots. Appreciate our tour guide (Iris) for her information provided and her friendliness. Unfortunately we join the trip during typhoon so we did not go to Yeliou. However, we went to Heping instead which is also beautiful.

I had a wonderful trip to Yangmingshan and Beitou! Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. He shared many interesting stories about the history and local life in Taiwan, and helped us take lots of beautiful photos. After more than 20 years, I visited Window on China Theme Park again, mainly because my girlfriend wanted to go. The park is actually quite small; you can see everything in an afternoon. The models seem quite old, but they are well-maintained. Some areas have become overgrown with weeds, but employees regularly clear and tidy them up, which I noticed. As for the rides, besides the 'Boomerang' (similar to Leofoo Village and Lihpao Land's 'Volcano Adventure' but much taller, which neither my girlfriend nor I dared to ride), the other attractions are mostly geared towards children. There's a kid-friendly version of 'The Plunge.' However, the 'Crazy UFO' ride made my head hurt so much I almost threw up. Regarding the architectural models, my girlfriend was quite impressed. They have the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Presidential Office Building, and the Statue of Liberty. We also played a fortune-telling game and fed fish. Some areas clearly show that the facilities are very old, but fortunately, the restrooms are all clean and have been renovated. Overall, the trip was worthwhile. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, parking for scooters at Window on China is free! That's a huge plus – no parking fee for scooters. Window on China gets a thumbs up for that, and there are plenty of parking spaces. It's a decent place, but it's really more suitable for parents bringing their children, as the facilities inside are primarily designed for kids.

During our biking adventure, she went above and beyond: constantly doing headcount ("counting our census"), checking in at every single stopover, and making sure nobody lagged behind on the trail. She also pointed us to the absolute best local eats and authentic souvenir shops. You’ll feel completely looked after, entertained,& enriched the entire trip.Showed professionalism peioritizing safety,highly prepared,observant, &genuinely cared about us with a different level of stamina . While researching Leofoo Village, I found a package that included both admission and transportation, and it was so great!! We took a 20-passenger van from Ximen Station Exit 5 at 8:45 AM, enjoyed the rides and animal exhibits, and took the 4:30 PM bus back to our accommodation. It was a very comfortable trip, and I had a wonderful time with my child haha. Some reviews said it wasn't crowded, but when I went on Sunday, there were many people dressed up in Halloween costumes. Even with the wait times, we got on all the rides within 10 minutes.

Sunny is friendly and professional in doing her job. She ensured everyone is well taken care of. Overall we explored 4 places, but I hope there is more buffer time in Shifen and Jiufen for us to explore. Pineapple DIY experience is quite unique. Thanks Sunny! Will visit Taipei again.

Nana made our trip unforgettable! Nana was an amazing tour guide. She's incredibly nice, understanding, and patient, never rushing us and always making sure everyone was comfortable. Her English is excellent and very easy to understand, so we never had trouble following the tour or asking questions. She takes the best pictures so you don’t have to worry about your pictures taken. What really made her stand out was how she handled a stressful moment. I lost my wallet in Jiufen, and Nana went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. She even met up with me the next day to return my wallet. She really made that effort, and it meant so much to me. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and genuine care. If you're booking a tour in Taiwan, I highly recommend booking with Nana! 10/10, you won’t regret it :)
