[Ticket Information]

• The family package is valid for 2 adults and 1 child under 18 years old.
• Child/student discount tickets are valid for minors under 18 years old.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant identification must be presented; if not carried, a separate ticket must be purchased; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry).
• One person, one ticket; admission with ticket, not for repeated use. An electronic ticket QR code for this event must be presented upon entry and will be admitted after verification by staff. Please check your phone's status in advance to avoid affecting your right of entry.
• This electronic ticket is considered an unregistered valuable security. The QR code for entry verification can only be used once and will become invalid once redeemed. Please keep it safe.
• Each ticket can only be used once.
• For refund requests, please go to the original ticket purchase channel. Requests after the deadline will not be accepted. For exchanges or refunds, please contact Klook customer service.
• Concession tickets are half the price of a full ticket (including one accompanying person). Those who meet the eligibility criteria should proactively present their identification for verification by service staff before entry. If not eligible, please purchase tickets according to your status. Those who enter with a concession ticket cannot request a partial refund or compensation for the ticket price difference.

[Admission Information]

• Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue as instructed by staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
• Full video and audio recording are prohibited at this exhibition. Flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and stabilizers are also not allowed. Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the organizer's works. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• Please follow the visitor flow, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. In case of large crowds, please queue in an orderly manner.
• Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited inside the exhibition hall.
• Do not bring sharp, dangerous, or fragile items into the venue.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. Please use the facilities outside the park before entering the exhibition.
• Selling or reselling tickets on-site at the exhibition is prohibited. If improper behavior persists despite warnings, the individual must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• Pets are not allowed to be on the ground inside the exhibition hall (except for guide dogs). Long-handled umbrellas and various dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed.
• There are designated staff members in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• This exhibition features light and shadow interactive effects, and the lighting inside is dim. Please pay attention to walking safety and do not run or chase.
• Warning for photosensitive epilepsy: A very small percentage of people may experience epileptic symptoms when exposed to certain images. These include dizziness, blurred vision, eye or facial twitching, hand or foot spasms, disorientation, confusion, or temporary loss of consciousness. If you experience any of these symptoms, please stop viewing the exhibition immediately and consult a doctor.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition's operating hours or regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
