Hotels in Taichung

Although the hotel is located in the outskirts of Wuri, the price is really worth it! On a Friday mini-holiday, the average cost is only around $1000 NTD per person, including a free Onsen(hot spring), mini-bar during certain hours, gym, game room, and a buffet breakfast the next day. The hotel staff is friendly, and the environment is very clean! Whether you drive or take public transportation (get off at TRA Chenggong Station, where you can also buy commemorative tickets), it is worth a special trip to experience (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) However, if I had to nitpick, it would be that the gender-separated public nude Onsen SPA facilities are not perfect! The men's side has SPA water jets, while the women's side does not? I don't really understand why it was designed this way, isn't gender equality advocated these days ╮(￣▽￣"")╭

This hotel is at the very heart of the city, it is very convenient for tour pick ups, traveling the metro within Taichung and if you are arriving of leavung via TSHR coz it is just a few stops away. The staff were very attentive, patient and helpful. Had a great stay here.

stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, self check in which is very easy and convenient. the hotel located centrally which very close to the night market and easy to access.

The room is clean & has basic necessity eg. hair dryer, kettle, small fridge. 10 mins walk from the TRA station & Ubus. City bus stop is around the vicinity. Lots of Indonesian and vietnamese cafe/restaurants around & convenient stores. Check-in and out can be done at the kiosk or at the reception.

We stayed in a standard triple room (city view, with windows) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the TV was huge. There was a snack and drink bar available on the first floor when we checked in, which was great. Although breakfast wasn't included in our booking, there was a simple toast, bread roll, and coffee/chocolate drink available in the B1 level from 8am-11am. When we checked in, we confirmed that a sedan could park in the basement, so we added parking for $200. If you have an SUV, you'll need to find parking elsewhere. We'll book here again next time we're in Taichung.

Taking advantage of the unexpectedly reinstated Teacher's Day holiday this year, I traveled to Taichung and stayed at this highly-rated hotel. I arrived early, and the front desk staff was able to check me in right away, without having to wait until the official check-in time. While the facilities aren't the newest, they're well-maintained. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby to eat at. If I have the chance to visit Taichung again in the future, I'll definitely consider staying here.

The service staff are generally very professional, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The only downside is that many hotels now provide two pillows, one soft and one firm. If this was also the case here, the overall experience would be perfect!

The value for the price is excellent. The bed is huge, and the hotel's air conditioning is fantastic and very cooling. There are many choices for breakfast, and the flavors are delicious. The room's bathtub has a TV to watch, and the room is also very clean with no smoke smell. It's very close to the Fengjia Night Market shopping area, about a 5-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within a 7-10 minute walk to either the bus stop (Dinghecuo) or the City Hall MRT station. I stayed on the 11th floor this time, and the room was surprisingly large, with windows facing outwards even in the hallway, which is the design and layout I like. The hairdryer is a Tescom, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. The shower water is very hot, and the water pressure is great; the only thing is that the sink drains a little slowly. On the first floor, there are basic tea bags, a coffee machine, and small cookies available. Hot water needs to be obtained from the lobby on the first floor or boiled yourself. There is a FamilyMart in front of the hotel and a 7-11 in the back. I am very satisfied with this price 😀.
