Service: During this stay, I noticed a shortage of staff, but everyone was very friendly. The only minor drawback was that the cold water for the hot springs was 15 degrees Celsius, and the staff couldn't adjust it immediately.

My stay at Floating Cloud Hotel in Taichung was very satisfying overall, perfectly meeting the requirements of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. It's just a few minutes' walk to Feng Chia Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Yet, it's perfectly situated to be quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, so you're not disturbed by the night market's noise. Additionally, the hotel emphasizes smart technology, with automated check-in and robot delivery services for amenities/luggage, which are both novel and efficient. Spotless Cleanliness: From the lobby to the interior of the rooms, everything was kept exceptionally neat and clean. The bed sheets and duvet covers were pristine and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean, looking like new. There were no strange odors or dampness, which is very reassuring for travelers who prioritize hygiene. Relaxing Comfort: The room design was simple, modern, and well-lit. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the shower.

by far the highest CP value hotel ive stayed in taichung. while location isnt exactly easy to get to if u plan to do intercity day trips, it is FANTASTIC if you want to visit feng jia night market (a mere 5 minute away!!!). that said chances are u will stay in and have a blast rather than go out tbh. way too many stuff to do here

the hotel is a bit dated but still good. water is strong and the hot shower was relaxing. the staff was very helpful. breakfast was good though we only ate 50% of the time because of our schedule. around 3 minutes walk from the TR and close to a lot of bus stops.

The location is excellent, and since I visited the day before my birthday, the front desk staff thoughtfully and kindly gave me a birthday gift. As for the room experience, it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The cleaning staff and front desk personnel were also very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The parking lot is also large enough, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. It will be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Taichung. they were very thoughtful since it was my gf’s birthday. they gave a happy birthday waffle plate. our stay was super comfy.

Fourth time staying here... Even though I've gone back and forth in between, the location is convenient, and it's clean and well-soundproofed... This time returning to Taiwan saved us a lot on accommodation fees while traveling! It will still be my first choice for accommodation next time ^^

i love this hotel. i love their breakfast. i love that it is very accessible by bus. it is also a good spot bacause it is just near the tourist spots in taichung.

Transportation Convenience: There's a bus stop on Zhonggang Road just a five-minute walk away, which can take you to the MRT or train station. Cleanliness: The quality is appropriate for the price. Hotel Location: It's very close to Tiger City, where you can go if you need disposable items or clothing. There are also many coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and you can take a walk to Qiuhong Valley if you wish. Facilities: The gym is excellent, with free towels and drinking water.
