by far the highest CP value hotel ive stayed in taichung. while location isnt exactly easy to get to if u plan to do intercity day trips, it is FANTASTIC if you want to visit feng jia night market (a mere 5 minute away!!!). that said chances are u will stay in and have a blast rather than go out tbh. way too many stuff to do here

it’s my second time in Taichung Taiwan, and I didn’t double think and decided to stay here again. location is very convenient, near taichung station. Hence, it’s easy to go places.

The location is a bit average, and it's not accessible by public transportation, so you have to drive yourself. The surrounding amenities are also just okay, with convenience stores and restaurants being a bit far. The environment is clean, tidy, and quiet. The staff are friendly and polite.

The hotel is located near the MRT station, making transportation very convenient. If you need parking, please follow the staff's instructions after check-in. The room's bathroom has a shower and excellent wet/dry separation. Hand soap, body wash, and shampoo are provided, but you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The breakfast is exquisite and compact, with both Chinese and Western options, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a late-night snack service from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a variety of instant noodles to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This time, we booked a deluxe double room. Every staff member at the hotel was very kind and thoughtful. Since it was a weekday, they unexpectedly upgraded us to the Presidential Suite when we checked in! We were so lucky to experience this type of room for the first time; we couldn't believe how spacious it was, we were so happy! There were also hidden missions in the room with small rewards to collect, which was really fun 😁. There's also a free shuttle bus that needs to be booked in advance.

My stay at GOGO Hotel was very pleasant; the accommodation, service quality, and location all left a great impression.Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed the comfortable and bright atmosphere of the lobby. The reception staff were friendly and polite, patiently assisting with check-in and any inquiries, making guests feel well-cared for from the moment they arrive. The room was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, so I didn't encounter any inconveniences during my stay.The bathroom, in particular, was spacious and bright, with ample natural light and illumination, avoiding the dim or cramped feeling often found in hotel bathrooms. The cleaning was also very thorough, with the floor, sink, and shower area all kept in a reassuringly clean state. The shampoo and body wash provided by the hotel were of good quality, with a pleasant scent that didn't leave my skin feeling too dry after washing, which is a bonus for guests who value their bathing experience.Furthermore, the hotel's location is very convenient, not far from Fengjia Night Market, easily accessible by foot or a short ride. In the evening, you can enjoy various foods, shopping, or a stroll at the night market, experiencing Taichung's lively nightlife, and then return to the hotel for a comfortable and quiet rest.Overall, GOGO Hotel performed well in terms of cleanliness, service attitude, bathroom quality, and transportation convenience. It's a worthwhile accommodation choice for travelers visiting Taichung or on a short business trip, and I would be willing to stay here again if I have the opportunity to revisit Taichung in the future.

This place is super worth it! It's not too far from the station, and the room is incredibly clean and cool. It's absolutely beautiful!!!

The hotel has two buildings. There's a uBike station right outside, and if you're lucky, you can even rent an electric-assist bike. Please note that all facilities have specific operating hours and some require reservations, so it's best to plan ahead to avoid rushing. The rooftop features a swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The front desk provides large towels before you enter the water. You can bring your own swimwear and water toys; there's an electric inflator and a spin dryer available (next to self-service coin-operated washing machines), as well as showers and hair dryers. There's also a gym. Another floor has billiards and table tennis, which require reservations. Breakfast is generally included with your stay, depending on the number of guests and room type. You can enter starting at 6:30 AM. On weekends, entry is staggered by time slots. It seems the later you go for breakfast on weekends, the more crowded it gets. There's a wide variety of food, and you can definitely eat your fill. In addition to starches like fried rice, congee, and bread, there are eggs, meats, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, and salads. They also have kid-friendly options like fries, mini hot dogs, and cream waffles. Guests receive a 20% discount on dinner. It gets very busy, and the dinner ingredients are diverse and plentiful, featuring flavors that are very familiar to most Taiwanese people. The restaurant service is excellent! Servers constantly clear used plates from tables, and food is replenished very quickly. At dinner, the sashimi chef cuts fish on-site, and hand rolls are made to order. You can have a very satisfying meal. The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted from within the room, and one side of the AC vent cannot be opened or closed (I felt like only one of the two vents was blowing cold air, while the other wasn't, leading to a large space where only one corner was very cold). This might make it difficult to adjust the temperature to your personal preference for sleeping at night, potentially feeling too cold or too hot depending on individual habits. However, the lights and AC were already on when we checked in and when we returned from going out, so we didn't have to unpack in a hot room, which was great! The hotel front desk staff are all very professional, friendly, and polite.
