Service: During this stay, I noticed a shortage of staff, but everyone was very friendly. The only minor drawback was that the cold water for the hot springs was 15 degrees Celsius, and the staff couldn't adjust it immediately.

by far the highest CP value hotel ive stayed in taichung. while location isnt exactly easy to get to if u plan to do intercity day trips, it is FANTASTIC if you want to visit feng jia night market (a mere 5 minute away!!!). that said chances are u will stay in and have a blast rather than go out tbh. way too many stuff to do here

The location is great, right next to Zhongxiao Night Market. The bed is large and quite comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The room is clean, but there's no shower screen, so water splashes out. Overall, everything else was very good.

We were able to check in early and store our luggage. On the first day, we didn't get back to the hotel until after 11 PM, and the staff explained everything very thoroughly. On the last day, we were also able to store our luggage after checking out, and it was kept safely in the luggage room. There were no loiterers near the entrance, so we felt very secure during our stay. Thank you. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

This time, we booked a deluxe double room. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. Since it was a weekday, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite during check-in! We were so lucky to experience this type of room for the first time; it was unexpectedly spacious and we were absolutely thrilled. The room even had a hidden mission with small rewards, which was really fun! 😁 There's also a complimentary shuttle service that requires advance booking.

it’s my second time in Taichung Taiwan, and I didn’t double think and decided to stay here again. location is very convenient, near taichung station. Hence, it’s easy to go places.

The hotel has two buildings. There's a uBike station right outside, and if you're lucky, you can even rent an electric-assist bike. Please note that all facilities have specific operating hours and some require reservations, so it's best to plan ahead to avoid rushing. The rooftop features a swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The front desk provides large towels before you enter the water. You can bring your own swimwear and water toys; there's an electric inflator and a spin dryer available (next to self-service coin-operated washing machines), as well as showers and hair dryers. There's also a gym. Another floor has billiards and table tennis, which require reservations. Breakfast is generally included with your stay, depending on the number of guests and room type. You can enter starting at 6:30 AM. On weekends, entry is staggered by time slots. It seems the later you go for breakfast on weekends, the more crowded it gets. There's a wide variety of food, and you can definitely eat your fill. In addition to starches like fried rice, congee, and bread, there are eggs, meats, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, and salads. They also have kid-friendly options like fries, mini hot dogs, and cream waffles. Guests receive a 20% discount on dinner. It gets very busy, and the dinner ingredients are diverse and plentiful, featuring flavors that are very familiar to most Taiwanese people. The restaurant service is excellent! Servers constantly clear used plates from tables, and food is replenished very quickly. At dinner, the sashimi chef cuts fish on-site, and hand rolls are made to order. You can have a very satisfying meal. The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted from within the room, and one side of the AC vent cannot be opened or closed (I felt like only one of the two vents was blowing cold air, while the other wasn't, leading to a large space where only one corner was very cold). This might make it difficult to adjust the temperature to your personal preference for sleeping at night, potentially feeling too cold or too hot depending on individual habits. However, the lights and AC were already on when we checked in and when we returned from going out, so we didn't have to unpack in a hot room, which was great! The hotel front desk staff are all very professional, friendly, and polite.

The location is excellent, and since I visited the day before my birthday, the front desk staff thoughtfully and kindly gave me a birthday gift. As for the room experience, it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The cleaning staff and front desk personnel were also very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The parking lot is also large enough, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. It will be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Taichung. I'm very particular about accommodations, and this place was incredibly satisfying. First, the location was excellent; I could walk to the Yizhong Street Night Market, and there were two convenience stores, a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart, right in front, which was very convenient. Most other tourist attractions, except for Fengjia Night Market, were within 2km, so I could easily walk or take an Uber. The room's cleanliness and condition were excellent, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly. Just in case, I brought a shower filter from Daiso, but there was no discoloration or foreign matter for two days. The water was genuinely clean and good, which I was very happy about. Also, the toilet and shower booth were perfectly separated, which was a big plus. The soundproofing seemed good too; it was quiet throughout my stay. There was a hot water dispenser, so I could easily buy cup noodles from the convenience store and eat them comfortably. The breakfast was also clean and pleasantly delicious. It was great to start the morning fresh with a salad. And the best part was the staff member who spoke Korean incredibly well, making it easy to ask questions about various things. The tall male staff member also kindly called a taxi to the airport for me and helped load all my luggage, which was wonderful. The hotel's interior was unique and luxurious, and I was delighted to stay here for such a reasonable price. If I visit Taichung again, I will definitely book this place without hesitation!
