A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is very close to Sogo and you can visit Yong Chun Tang in Sogo.

I fortunately won NT$5000 accommodation voucher from Klook / Lucky Land and it applies to The Carlton. Super great deal!! considering there's daily breakfast included and the hotel is near bus stops. Additional note: there's a cat cafe within 5-min walking distance :)
