Hotel a Taichung

I've stayed here many times and I'm very satisfied, it's really great. The hardware and software facilities, as well as the service quality of the staff, are all first-class. If I had to pick out small flaws: 1. There is a need to recruit senior service personnel (for more detailed and insightful perspectives, focusing on the customer). 2. There aren't many attractions nearby, but more internal public facilities could be improved to encourage guests to return. 3. Regularly change up some of the dishes, movies, and refreshments.

The location is excellent, and since I visited the day before my birthday, the front desk staff thoughtfully and kindly gave me a birthday gift. As for the room experience, it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The cleaning staff and front desk personnel were also very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The parking lot is also large enough, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. It will be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Taichung. L'esperienza complessiva presso il Taichung Port Hotel è stata confortevole e rilassante. Le camere sono spaziose, ben organizzate e luminose, il che è stato molto apprezzato dalla nostra famiglia. I letti sono né troppo morbidi né troppo duri e l'insonorizzazione è eccellente, garantendo un sonno riposante. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta di piatti cinesi e occidentali, con rifornimenti rapidi per le pietanze calde e sapori freschi e non untuosi, in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di tutte le età. by far the highest CP value hotel ive stayed in taichung. while location isnt exactly easy to get to if u plan to do intercity day trips, it is FANTASTIC if you want to visit feng jia night market (a mere 5 minute away!!!). that said chances are u will stay in and have a blast rather than go out tbh. way too many stuff to do here

Fourth time staying here... Even though I've gone back and forth in between, the location is convenient, and it's clean and well-soundproofed... This time returning to Taiwan saved us a lot on accommodation fees while traveling! It will still be my first choice for accommodation next time ^^

The staff service was very good. The rooms were spacious, and parking was convenient. There were issues with the kettle and television in the room, as well as a matter concerning DHL express. The hotel's handling of these issues deserves a score of 80, which is not bad. The breakfast was sufficient and well-seasoned. I would still consider this hotel next time I come to Taichung.

We were able to check in early and store our luggage. On the first day, we didn't get back to the hotel until after 11 PM, and the staff explained everything very thoroughly. On the last day, we were also able to store our luggage after checking out, and it was kept safely in the luggage room. There were no loiterers near the entrance, so we felt very secure during our stay. Thank you. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

Besides the convenience of visiting Fengjia Night Market, it's also quite close to the Calligraphy Greenway. The hotel environment is clean, and there's unlimited sparkling water! Great value for the price! This is my third visit this year! Very good, definitely worth visiting again!

It's very convenient that the hotel has its own flat parking lot. The lobby offers complimentary cookies and drinks, which is great. Fengjia Night Market is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel staff are also very friendly. We stayed in a quad room, which was quite small but clean. The breakfast was a simple buffet, which was acceptable.
