Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and razors are available at the front desk (surcharge). The property’s pool, fitness room, and sauna are closed on the first Monday of every month. The property’s sauna is closed from 6 AM to noon every Monday.

【Eco-Friendly & Upgraded Drinking Water Policy】 In response to the government's plastic reduction policy, bottled water and disposable toiletries (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, shaving cream, cotton pads, dental floss, and cotton swabs) are no longer provided in guest rooms. We encourage you to bring your own reusable toiletries. If needed, these items are available for purchase at the 1F front desk during your stay. Upgraded Water Service: Water dispensers with multi-stage filters, offering both sparkling and chilled water, are available on every guest floor for your convenience.

【Parking Information】 The hotel parking entrance is located at "Lane 55, Fu-An Road" (not on Taiwan Boulevard). We highly recommend using your GPS navigation to search for "Windsor Hotel Taichung Parking."

【ALFA Fitness Club Regulations & Maintenance】

Safety Age Limit: For health and safety reasons, guests under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and gym facilities.

Weekly Cleaning: The men's and women's saunas are closed every Monday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM for cleaning and maintenance (except the first Monday of the month).

Monthly Maintenance: The entire club (including the fitness center, multi-functional group exercise room, saunas, indoor heated pool, and massage facilities) is closed all day on the first Monday of each month. Actual schedules are subject to on-site club announcements.

2026 Annual Pool Maintenance: Scheduled from Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, 2026. On Nov. 30 (Mon), the entire club will be closed. From Dec. 1 to Dec. 4, only the pool will be closed while other facilities operate normally. The pool will reopen on Dec. 5 (Sat). (Note: The regular Dec. 7 maintenance is rescheduled to Nov. 30).
