The room is clean & spacious for a family of 4. It has 2 bathrooms which is great and time saving for wash up. Their breakfast was fantastic. They even served sparkling drinks. They’ve the usual western breakfast like sausage, bacon, croissants, omelette, etc. There a chef making sushi too. I like the grilled rice with eel served with soup. The cream puff dessert is so nice. One of the waitress broken a glass on the floor while cleaning up a table. Thereafter a manager came to me to check if I am ok and make sure I am not hurt. Very thoughtful manager. Overall I find this hotel standard is awesome.

nice and modern design, bath room shower has no tub so good for tall and big ppl. room is clean but a bit small which is the same for all hotels in japan. location is also good, overall quite satisfied

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel though kinda old, is strategically located across Daimaru. Very close to the clock tower and the TV Station. Sapporo JR Station is accessible via the hotel’s elevators located at B1 which is connected to the underground city. The one thing we really appreciated was the tub. After a whole day of walking around the area or tour, you can destress in the hot tub. A number of Aromatherapy are readily available at the 7th floor together with all the amenities you may need like toothbrush, comb, razor, owoshu or those individually packed mouthwash, etc. Another thing we appreciate was the availability of ice cubes and drinking water machine. Hotel staff has been most helpful and even went an extra mile to help us contact the Airport bus as we left our water container. After a few hours, it was delivered and returned to us.

Location is perfect, sitting at the heart of sapporo, near to a lot of attractions.(walking 15-30min distance) I travel by car, they have discount for overnight guests, but still have to pay a 2000jpy per night, which i think is not cheap. There is a Family mart attached to the hotel which come in handy to grab some snacks or beers. If you want Lawson or 711, they are just 1min walking distance. Hotel offers cleaning after 2nd night, so you might want to manage your trash so that dont dirty your room. However they still give you drinking water, towels and toiletries. The room is not spacious, so you might want to place your luggage bags nicely or else you dont want walking space. Onsen was nice and beautiful. Opposite there is drugs store, supermarket style, you can shop there. You can get extra bottles of water, and umbrella from reception counter. The staffs are so polilte that you want to be polite to them in return. Breakfast variety is plenty.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient location, room was very clean and spacious and appreciated having a washer/dryer in the room. Staff was also very courteous. Great breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.
