I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is well maintained and kept very clean. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler, and I appreciated having an air purifier in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating—they granted my request for an extra pillow at no additional cost and even allowed me to check in early. One of the hotel’s best features is its location overlooking Odori Park. It is also very convenient for airport transfers, with the Airport Limousine Bus stop just a 6-minute walk away (in front of Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo). The only drawback is that it is about a 20-minute walk to the main downtown shopping and entertainment area. Taking the subway does not significantly reduce the walking time, so I often found it just as easy to walk. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable stay, helpful staff, and a quieter location with great views of Odori Park.

overnight stay. hotel is #28 bus stop from airport. bus #84. so convenient as it stops right in front of the hotel. odori park is also across the street and lilac wine garden event ongoing. also love that they have luggage lockers for guests to use, and they're free.

If you are coming from the airport, you can take the airport bus which would drop you outside the hotel. Essential amenities were provided at the hotel. Tea packets are available at lobby (but you are better off buying tea from the opposite Lawson). Hotel carpark is expensive, there are cheaper options nearby. Walking distance to Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

Excellent hotel, very clean, the airport bus has a stop in this hotel, with nearby 711 and free lounge unlimited drinks and sweets from 3-7pm and just beside Odori Park.
