Excellent location with direct access to the JR and train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel offers great amenities, including an onsen that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Comfortable stay with spacious room, overall very well suited for travelers who value convenience and accessibility.

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the JR station in Sapporo, with a 7‑Eleven right next door. The property is modern, clean, and well‑maintained. The public bath was especially enjoyable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out in the cold. The staff were also helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
However, we did experience a concerning issue during a 7.5 earthquake that occurred while we were there on December 8th. Guests staying on higher floors attempted to evacuate using the emergency stairwells, only to find that the exit doors on each floor were locked. This caused confusion and distress for many guests. The hotel eventually unlocked the doors after multiple complaints, but this was an alarming oversight for guest safety.
