great place to stay! its just a 3 minute walk to the train station, just make sure to take the right exit. The room is the standard japanese hotel room size, has great amenities and the staff are approachable and kind. they do room cleaning every 3 days but they give bath towels everyday and you get the amenities you need in the front desk.

It's about a 2-3 minute walk from JR Shin-Koiwa Station, with convenience stores, drugstores, and easy access to food nearby. It's a little inconvenient to carry luggage to the 2nd floor for check-in. The room shows its age. I booked a 15 square meter room with a small sofa + table. You can open one 28-inch suitcase. No bottled water is provided. The toilet is extremely small. The heater knob is on the headboard.

Although it's next to Kameari Station, it's a bit far from central Tokyo, but the accommodation is very close to the station, has good transportation access, and is reasonably priced!

There are a ton of restaurants and shops nearby. service: Service is very good. transport access: Train station is just few steps away. cleanliness: They will clean your room every 3 days which is not a big problem.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel provide free shuttle service from airport to Hotel. however, pick up service from airport is available in the afternoon while shuttle bus to airport only available in the morning. even without shuttle bus, we may get into train station within 3 mins. it is really convenient.
