the hotel is so convenient! kiosk used to check-in/out, staff very helpful, amenities were great. only thing is that coin laundromat downstairs always has a lineup - not a deal breaker though. would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in the main building which is older and busier than the annex building. Staff were ok but not the courteous service received at every other hotel. It is a very large hotel where you are more a number than a guest. Do not even try to check in earlier than 2pm either! Overall for a 2-day stay at the end of the trip is was ok, but pretty basic.

Hotel is located in Shinjuku. Near train station with lots of restos and malls nearby. There’s a Lawson and Family Mart on the ground floor. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff also gave us welcome drinks. Free bottled water everyday. Rooms are normal size for Tokyo. Clean bathroom and beddings. Extra pillows are free of charge, just get one in the stacks along the hallway.

Great hotel for a single person. Price was not too expensive and despite the walking distance of 10-15 mins from Shinjuku station, it was easy to get there because there's an underpass subway. It had a nice microwave access on the 3rd floor where you can heat your food and the bed is very comfortable.

Amazing hotel with incredible amenities. Wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy. Well centered, incredible restaurants, konbinis, bar, amazing hospitality and connected directly to shinjuku south entrance for transport and keio mall, what more is there to be said!!!

Overall was a good place to stay. The rooms are very small, and the cleanliness was decent enough but could’ve been a bit better particularly in the bathroom. Reception staff were friendly, and location was decent but most prime subway stations were a 13 - 15 minute walk. Washing/Drier facilities were good, only 4 of each and can get very busy.

Affordable, clean, close enough to Shinjuku Station (10 min walk), good staff, and great amenities (esp. the convenient shops located in the building's lower floors). Only gripe was room feeling quite old and being on the small side (as compared to similarly described rooms at two other Japanese hotels).
