We had a great stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby places. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is new; the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and fall asleep. The only downside is the limited breakfast selection (similar to GATE HOTEL Kyoto); since I'm staying for 6 days, I'll likely get tired of it.

The place is so accessible I can say this capsule hotel is part of the heart of Sapporo, It should be known. It is perfect for solo traveller, the breakfast was so good. The Onsen and Sauna that alone I can say it's the perfect combination. My only complain is the shower area because it was located in the Onsen and it is in the basement but it's no big deal because I easily adjust the situation. The whole stay is a experience. this is our second time to stay in this hotel. definitely love the location. very convenient. there is also an escalator nearby from the JR station which makes it easier to transfer your luggages. it’s really important to get to the underground as soon as possible as it’s quite cold in winter.

The hotel facilities are very new and modern, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, making for an extremely comfortable stay. Both the hardware and the cleanliness are amazing, making it the top choice for accommodation when traveling in Hokkaido!
