Beautiful ryokan with quality furnishings and decor, lovely private onsens with views of bamboo tress and natural sceneries. Staff are customer oriented. Free shuttle buses to quaint, small Arima town.

Except for the location being too high ((I was out of breath from climbing), the other parts were great. Although the food was slightly deducted, it may be related to the fact that it is open until June, but the hot springs and beautiful scenery are enough to make up for it.

The environment is good. Although it is halfway up the mountain, it has its own parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. However, you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. The service staff are not necessarily willing to help with the luggage. When we came, they just watched us carry our luggage down the stairs silently. When we went back, they talked to other guests for a long time, intentionally or unintentionally, and then ignored us and let us carry the luggage up the stairs by ourselves. Other than that, the room is large, the hot spring is comfortable, and the price is cheap.

Was a bit hard for us to get to. About a 30 min walk uphill from Oike Train Station. Clean and comfortable! There was a bit of mildew damage in bathroom but that is understandable. Staff was very helpful as we are tourists that do not speak or can read Japanese. Would maybe go back if near Kobe again next trip!

The hotel is fabulous, and the shuttle bus service saves us time.

Jintang Hot Spring is great, dinner is rich, staff service is good, room is comfortable, air conditioning is difficult to control, overall quite satisfied

The hotel is great. From contacting us to book a kaiseki dinner (although it was fully booked, we did not make a reservation, but detailed information on other restaurants, transportation and prices were provided) to booking a shuttle bus, etc., every detail of the service was taken care of. And the customer service response is very fast, the hotel rooms are also great, and the service staff are also excellent. It is a very good accommodation experience.
