Checked in on 5/8 afternoon, as some mistakes made on booking thru app, duty supervisor was very helpful and compassionate to explain to us. After informing Klook, Klook was very responsive to adjust my booking so that my family was able to hv a pleasant journey. Thanks to Oriental and Klook. Regarding the hotel, staffs are helpful, cleaners tidied the room very neatly and clean everyday. Laundry room and lounge for guest are definitely excellent. Location is very accessible to railways and have shelter even it s raining. Overall, highly recommended.

We were in Japan for 2 weeks and stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. This was our kids, and ours in general, favorite hotel! They loved the unique bunk beds and couldn’t get enough of the foot massager in the room!

Overall, a comfortable stay with some thoughtful features, balanced by a few logistical drawbacks. Pros: Check-in was smooth and efficient. The snack lounge (2–10 PM) was a nice added touch for light refreshments. Location is convenient for shopping, with BIC Camera Namba Store and Don Quijote Dotonbori nearby. Check-out was very easy—just drop the key in a box. Cons: Slightly farther walk to Dotonbori than expected. Not ideal for access to high-end brands. No direct vehicle access—guests must walk about 100 meters from the nearest drop-off point, which is inconvenient with luggage, especially during rainy days. Drinking water is limited to two bottles per room. Nearby convenience store options felt limited; I only saw a Lawson close by. Overall: Good for convenience and value, but less ideal for accessibility and premium location needs.

superb hotel. right in the middle of the street. the hotel is very nice. we were on the top most floor at 9. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff excellent. the breakfast was okay-ish. would have liked more vegetarian food. there was hardly anything for vegetarians. many perks of staying here. there was a whole laundry room for guests. the welcome lounge had so many drinks - alcohol and non alcoholic ones along with pancakes and veggie chips. I would highly recommend this hotel to people wanting a stay in the main Namba area and near Dotonbori.
