loved the hotel very much! The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and they offer 1 free drink per person per day for happy hour in their restaurant, which is a nice bonus. Their breakfast has a lot of variety and the hours are very generous! Would definitely recommend to get breakfast during your stay.

Amazing location close to the airport line, less than a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel if you want to be close to Namba station. 5 stars!

location is excellent, just directly opposite Namba Station. hotel has free happy hours and food in the evening, there is foot massage machine in the room. staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars definitely

Room too small, cannot open up all 3 suitcases, a mattress was given to us to sleep on the floor although I booked triple room. Location is very good, can walk to Dotonburi.
