We loved staying here at Fuji View Hotel. Staffs were very hospitable and helpful. The ammenities were excellent and complete! Plus, the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the overlooking hotel garden with trees turning red. 😍 That was the best hotel stay ever!

had to pay $300 for onsen. otherwise nice clean hotel. however the day was cloudy and did not get to see Mount Fuji.

Mr. Kabayashi and all the staffs was very welcoming and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Even though we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, I’m truly glad we chose to stay here. The traditional tatami room was comfortable, the onsen was the perfect way to relax after a day of walking, and the view of the lake was beautiful in its own right.
The hospitality exceeded expectations, and the overall experience made our trip memorable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

it was amazing! we were able to extend our stay a day since we only booked one night and those two days we got a clear view of Fuji!! breakfast was included they even had Japanese omelette that was made to order it was amazing! very friendly staff and had public onsens with washer/dryer for clothes if needed. they also had vending machines and perfect area in room to relax and have some tea. not to mention the activities they have like tennis badminton and other court style activities to play. there is a lake right behind and it’s beautiful to see.

Transportation: A bit far from the bus stop/train station. It's about a 30-minute walk. However, there's an amazing view of Mt. Fuji and a shuttle service upon departure.

absolutely loved the camping. basecamp folks are so friendly and their hospitality is top notch. we did campfire 2 times and kids loved it. cosy onsen and few activities

Stayed here to rest in the middle of a 10-day trip to Japan and I am glad I made the right choice booking here. I was surprised the futon was actually comfortable

This hotel is absolute luxury with professional, polite and helpful staff. The dinner and breakfast was outstanding. the room was excellent. it was a relaxing, peaceful break. we walked round the beautiful gardens and also hired a bike to take a ride round the lake.
