words can’t even explain the glamour and beautiful hotel! our room had a Fuji view that was unbelievable. the room was huge and the shower/ bath too with amazing water pressure. the breakfast was so delious with many choices from western style to traditional Japanese. we did go carting at the speedway which was super fun and fast!

The best hotel in Japan!! Given the 5 star service we also enjoyed our room cause it’s so big than the usual hotels in Japan plus the racetrack and Mt. Fuji view and we experienced our first snow here. Great experience! We’ll definitely come back.

The hotel was amazing and comfortable. Probably the most relaxed I have been in years. The restaurant is good too just make sure to take advantage of the amenities and book the options they give you early!
