Although the weather wasn't great, we did get a glimpse of Mount Fuji from the car. We're very grateful to our guide, Ariel, for helping us adjust our plans and take a swan boat ride on Lake Yamanaka when the cable car was out of service today.

Belle is a wonderful tour guide. The entire experience was enjoyable, and she took great care of everyone. Her interactions were excellent, and her explanations were very detailed. She even led us up the mountain paths of Enoshima. It was truly a fantastic and great experience.

Aoi was my guide and she was super friendly and informative. Though we couldn’t see Mt Fuji, the various places we went to were so nice and I’m happy I participated in this group tour!

Aoi was an excellent tour guide. She maintained great communication through WhatsApp group messages and provided clear meeting instructions before and after the tour. Her explanations in fluent English and Mandarin were very clear, and she offered a wealth of information about Tokyo and Mount Fuji. The female driver was also very polite and attentive, and the bus was exceptionally clean. They truly made us feel welcome and deserve high praise.

Our trip to Mount Fuji was truly wonderful. The weather was great, and the scenery was incredibly breathtaking. A special thank you to our guide, Aoi, who was very attentive throughout the journey. Not only were her explanations clear, but she also proactively looked after everyone's needs, and the itinerary was perfectly smooth. She was always quick to help resolve any issues, which made us feel very at ease. Thanks to Aoi's companionship, this trip created many beautiful memories. I highly recommend her and look forward to joining another one of her tours in the future!
