Although the weather wasn't great, we did catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji from the car. We're very grateful to our guide Ariel for adjusting our itinerary to Lake Yamanaka for a swan boat ride when the cable car was suspended.

Akira Wang was our tour guide, and he was incredibly responsible and enthusiastic. He introduced and guided us through every attraction and even offered to help us take photos!

Belle is a wonderful tour guide. The entire experience was fun, she took great care of everyone, and the interaction was excellent. Her explanations were very detailed, and she even led us up the mountain paths of Enoshima. It was truly a great experience.

Aoi war meine Reiseleiterin und sie war super freundlich und informativ. Obwohl wir den Berg Fuji nicht sehen konnten, waren die verschiedenen Orte, die wir besuchten, so schön und ich bin froh, dass ich an dieser Gruppenreise teilgenommen habe!

Aoi was an excellent tour guide. She maintained great communication through WhatsApp group messages and provided clear meeting instructions before, during, and after the tour. Her explanations in fluent English and Mandarin were very clear, offering rich information about Tokyo and Mount Fuji. The female driver was also very polite and attentive, and the bus was exceptionally clean. They truly made us feel at home and deserve high praise.

The trip to Mount Fuji was truly enjoyable. The weather was excellent, and the scenery was incredibly breathtaking. A special thank you to our guide, Aoi, who was very attentive throughout the journey. Not only were her explanations clear, but she also proactively looked after everyone's needs, and the itinerary was very smooth. Whenever issues arose, she was always there to help resolve them immediately, which was very reassuring. Thanks to Aoi's companionship, this trip left us with many wonderful memories. Highly recommended, and I look forward to joining another one of her tours in the future!
