Excellent tour! Covered all the highlights of Lake Kawaguchi and the 5th station of Mt Fuji in a day! Unfortunately, a clear view of Mt Fuji eluded us on the day but the Mt Fuji Melon bread at the 5th station is a MUST. The bus was very comfortable and both our guide and driver were fantastic. The bread lunch option was very substantial, we had 3 large portions of delicious baked goods and a drink. Would highly recommend this tour.

The trip was wonderful and enjoyable. The tour guide was also very friendly and engaging. We chose the buffet dinner, which was lovely. The restaurant faces the mountain, and we could admire the view while eating. A very good experience. This trip is highly recommended, and we look forward to joining another trip in the future.

It was a great excursion to the 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi. Ms Terri, the tour operator guide, was a great guide. Her advice and kindness during the trip was very much appreciated. Overall, a good excursion for a day out of Tokyo.

This was my first time joining a Mt. Fuji tour. There were about 36 foreign guests and 2-3 Japanese guests. Mr. Sojiro, who served as our tour guide, handled this precious opportunity with great care and enthusiasm, creating a wonderfully lively atmosphere. It was fantastic! Thanks to him, my father, who saw Mt. Fuji for the first time, also thoroughly enjoyed himself and was smiling throughout the entire trip! Thank you very much! Most of the participants were foreigners, so you'll be surrounded by many international guests, but it's a lively and fun experience in a setting you don't often encounter, haha. Also, the tour guide explained everything carefully in Japanese, so there's no need to worry. The tour content was very fulfilling, and it was an absolutely satisfying plan that exceeded its cost!!!! I'm glad I joined the Mt. Fuji tour! If I have another opportunity, I would love to use this service again.

The tour guide Mayami was extremely friendly and helpful! She really tried her best to explain and introduce the best views and background of Mount Fuji to all of us, and she was willing to provide a helping hand for any queries from us! Besides, the tour itself was so price worthy with great views and fruitful arrangement, I must say it was totally better than my expectations! Must reaffirm here has really best guide tour and driver and wonderful itinerary!

This tour only has one attraction in the morning and one in the afternoon, so there's no need to rush the itinerary, making it very comfortable. The tour guide explained everything meticulously, and at each stop, clearly indicated the meeting point for boarding. On both the outbound and return journeys, there was a 15-minute stop for everyone to use the restroom or buy drinks and snacks. We saw Mount Fuji on the way there, but it was obscured by heavy fog and clouds by the time we reached the 5th Station and beyond. This time, we ordered the pasta lunch, which included a salad appetizer, drinks, and dessert. However, the main course pasta had no meat or mushrooms, making it very plain. This was quite different from what was shown in the official website photos, which was a bit unexpected. The afternoon's Lake Kawaguchiko cable car and boat ride fees were included. It took half an hour each to queue for the cable car going up and down the mountain. The space at the mountaintop was very small; you could finish taking photos and buying snacks within 20 minutes. The most time-consuming part was waiting in line for the cable car. However, the afternoon itinerary had over 3 hours of free time, which was ample. There was also plenty of time to take the boat ride after descending the mountain. The scenery at Lake Kawaguchiko is very beautiful.

The tour to Fujisan was amazing, we saw it from many different perspectives, were able to take many pictures (of Fuji and other beautiful places), and also, just appreciate Fuji's peaceful feel. The bus was comfortable, our driver was always sharp on time and very kind. Our guide was amazing, very knowledgeable on many different topics about Japan and Fuji. On the locations, she was very careful to let us know where the main attractions and bus location were. She even took some amazing photos of us. As Fuji 5th station was inaccessible, we had a change of itinerary, which was communicated very early. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this one day trip to anyone. The bus is clean, nice seat and warm. Our tour guide provided useful information about the trip. We were lucky to see fuji san and completed all activities.

We went to different locations to admire Mount Fuji. I would say that the 5th station is the best and nearest. Just hope that it would not be too cloudy at that time of your tour. Our schedule was on time as Japanese are known for being punctual. Lake Kawaguchiko looks like a postcard too 😍
