The hot springs are amazing! There are free popsicles and Yakult drinks available. Inside the hot springs, there's a TV and a fan, so you don't have to worry about it being too hot. Outside, they sell milk, and there are free comics to read. I highly recommend choosing the breakfast; the cantaloupe is incredibly sweet and delicious.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel staff were smiling and very polite, with excellent service. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with dining tables, chairs, and even a tatami area. Water and coffee are available, along with a microwave, refrigerator, and cutlery. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa. I'm very satisfied and will definitely visit again!

If your Fukuoka trip includes Tenjin, Hakata, Nakasu, or even day trips to Dazaifu or Yufuin from here, I personally prefer to find a conveniently located hotel and stay there for the entire duration. Hotel Location: The location is excellent, with a convenience store and supermarket right downstairs to the left of the hotel. It's very close to the subway station, and there are some street vendors nearby in the evenings worth trying. Cleanliness: I stayed for four nights, and the room was spotless every day when I returned from being out. Service: There was an intern from Taiwan on staff who helped me a lot with communication, and I'm very grateful to them.

The hotel offers convenient transportation, located approximately 4 minutes from Hakata Bus Terminal. The street below the hotel is relatively quiet, and the hotel features a public bath. There's an atrium in the center of the hotel, allowing for good air circulation and sunlight into the garden. Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory.

My repeated stay. Great Location as near Hakata station and several nice eats nearby and 2 different convenient shops downstairs. There is self check in luggage locker if arriving too early, coin operated washer and dryer, cold and hot water dispenser and microwave and their house keeping done daily. Staffs are helpful and always standby if you have problem in their check in/out machine or locker or other requests. Overall, it is great stay !

The hairdryer, showerhead, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo are all from Refa. If you can't afford a showerhead that costs 5,000-6,000 NTD, you can try staying at this hotel. Previously, the rooms had SHARP washer-dryer combos, but this time it was a TOSHIBA. I'm not sure why, but before, only one or two pieces of clothing would smell, and after using the washer-dryer, all of them smelled. I've never encountered this before. However, the hotel service is still very good, and there are free drinks available from 2 PM to 10 PM. This time, I chose a mango soda and hot coffee, which are among the best drinks I've had at any hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights. I arrived late from the airport but the checkin process was very easy. The location is super, close to Hakata station and there's Family Mart and 7 Eleven nearby. Hotel lobby looks nice and staff are polite.

The reception staff, both at check-in and check-out, were incredibly friendly and professional! They even helped us book a car to the airport (confirming the driver and personally escorting us to the car). The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus terminal, and there's a Komeda Coffee shop on the first floor, offering a delicious and hearty breakfast set through a hotel partnership. Guests also have access to a large public bath, and there are convenience stores on the first floor and just down the street, which is very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Fukuoka!
