The hot springs are amazing! There are free popsicles and Yakult drinks available. Inside the hot springs, there's a TV and a fan, so you don't have to worry about it being too hot. Outside, they sell milk, and there are free comics to read. I highly recommend choosing the breakfast; the cantaloupe is incredibly sweet and delicious.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel staff were smiling and very polite, with excellent service. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with dining tables, chairs, and even a tatami area. Water and coffee are available, along with a microwave, refrigerator, and cutlery. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa. I'm very satisfied and will definitely visit again!

The hotel offers convenient transportation, located approximately 4 minutes from Hakata Bus Terminal. The street below the hotel is relatively quiet, and the hotel features a public bath. There's an atrium in the center of the hotel, allowing for good air circulation and sunlight into the garden. Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory.

The room is very clean, spacious. They allow guests to leave the luggage while waiting for check ulin time that costs 550 yen/luggage. I love the lobby where i can just sit and chill after a very tiring day of exploring around. My favorite thing about this hotel is the FREE drinks inside the room! Its not very close to the station but I manage to walk with my 2 luggage. will definitely recommend and come book here again.

Since we were staying for 5 nights, I was very concerned about laundry 😂 The hotel has coin-operated washing and drying machines, which are really practical for longer trips. There's also a key card security door on the accommodation floors, making us feel safer when returning to the hotel at night. If your Fukuoka trip includes Tenjin, Hakata, Nakasu, or even day trips to Dazaifu or Yufuin from here, I personally prefer to find a conveniently located hotel and stay there for the entire duration. My repeated stay. Great Location as near Hakata station and several nice eats nearby and 2 different convenient shops downstairs. There is self check in luggage locker if arriving too early, coin operated washer and dryer, cold and hot water dispenser and microwave and their house keeping done daily. Staffs are helpful and always standby if you have problem in their check in/out machine or locker or other requests. Overall, it is great stay !

The hotel is very new with a fresh, bold color scheme that doesn't feel oppressive or uncomfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with beds that are great for sleeping. There is plenty of room to open two large suitcases and still walk around easily. The bathtub is very large and can fit two people; after walking nearly 20,000 steps a day, a soak was truly needed to rest. The breakfast is more of a light meal, which is just enough to fill you up and get some fruits and vegetables before heading out to eat and drink your way through Fukuoka. The hotel's location is fantastic—walking to the Tenjin shopping district, Canal City Hakata, and Fukuoka Station doesn't take very long. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Fukuoka.

The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, about a 5-minute walk. We arrived two hours early, and the hotel allowed us to scan a QR code to register our luggage for storage. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, so we dropped off our bags and went to eat nearby, which was very convenient! The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent. There's a Family Mart and Rakutenchi Motsunabe (offal hotpot) nearby on the ground floor. As for the hotel breakfast, you can choose an all-you-can-eat buffet! Then, at 3 PM, we checked in using the self-service system, which was very convenient! Once we got to our room, we realized how beautiful the environment was. The hotel has a rectangular, 'hui'-shaped design, so there isn't really a distinction between front and back rooms. The room was nice and bright, and our luggage could be stored under the bed. All toiletries were provided, along with a bathrobe and a black outer garment – the outfit was lovely! After a day of sightseeing, we could even enjoy the hot springs at night, which was quite good! The TV also showed the real-time occupancy of the men's and women's hot springs, which was super convenient! Both the men's and women's hot spring areas have washing machines and dryers. The washing machine costs 300 yen per cycle and doesn't require detergent, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes – incredibly convenient to use. On the first floor, there are also vending machines, an ice maker, and a microwave. The breakfast area is in front of the elevators on the first floor (Rakutenchi is fantastic!). I also want to mention that the hotel has a wonderful aroma as soon as you enter; I'd love to know what scent it is! Another thing to praise is the fast and smooth Wi-Fi speed! Most importantly, the double bed was very comfortable, and there were four pillows, two for each person, which could be used for extra height! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and will recommend it to friends and family.

The staff provided exceptionally wonderful service. The room had a cozy, studio-apartment atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The best part was the stylish breakfast buffet, which put us in a great mood right from the morning! There is a parking lot right next to the property, so those driving from afar can rest assured. The security staff were also very kind and welcoming!
