Convenient location to Hakata station. The room we got was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a laundry room on our floor. They have a microwave on the 6th floor. Did not avail the breakfast. Checkout was a breeze and staff is kind to hold your luggage for you for free. I would come back again if I'm in Hakata. It does get noisy if there's an event at Hakata Station (we went during Christmas) but it dies down when it's time for bed. Worth the cost for cleanliness and walkable distance to Canal City, Hakata station, and even Tenjin.

transport access: very near the train station hotel location: excellent near to shopping malls, food and train cleanliness: they follow the green rule but collect the trash daily. would book this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The location was close to Hakata Station and we got dropped off right in front of the hotel after riding the local bus.
