Booked an Episode 2 room. Spacious, clean, modern design with character. Excellent location in a safe area with some classy high-end restaurants nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to the Hakata station. Staff are capable, confident and professional. Our booking included access to the lounge which is cozy but not very impressive in general. I particularly like their provision of local beer and desserts in the lounge. It would be better if some books are in English so that international tourists can also read. Now they only display Japanese books. That said, overall I am satisfied and will recommend it to others.

Hotel is less than 10 mins walk to Hakata Station, very central and convenient. Breakfast is also very outstanding with Japanese and western options. I particularly like the eggs and steak! The lobby is with its lounge style which has four levels of books and music. We are a family of four with two young boys and booked a room with two beds. The beds are a bit small however and the bed mattress is a bit too soft.

the room is spacious and the breakfast is great. location is a bit far from the hakata station but still walkable, but if have a lot of luggage then it might be a challenge.

Love the big room! I was pleasantly surprised with that third bed they prepared when we arrived. There was enough space for 3 adults and 1 child and 4 big luggages! love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner provided. bathroom shower had no problems except that for 2 of the nights it had that annoying blaring sound when the shower is turned on. and there were no hooks at all installed behind the doors or on the wall for us to hang clothes.

A grand hotel. Lobby is very beautiful. Room is spacious with a beautiful toilet. About 7mins walk to Hakata station. Convenient store is 1 minute walk. This hotel provide daily cleaning. Taking a taxi to the airport is cheap. Thumb up!
