Fantastic 5.0
This trip is probably one of the best I’ve had in my lifetime. The 3AM pickup at Burswood was organised and efficient, the team was strict with safety, and expectations were communicated clearly. The “fun” part was helping with the unfurling of the balloon, and the eventual wrapping up of the balloon after the flight landed. The pilot was very experienced, knowing how to rotate the balloon (it cannot be directed, only flowing with the wind), how to rise and fall at opportune times to ensure everyone gets the best view of the sunrise and the beautiful, expansive valley. There are about 20 people (excluding the pilot) on board each balloon; it is very stable, there is no crosswind, I’ve only ever felt a light breeze up there. For those who are worried about height, fret not. Unless you look down, you won’t even notice it. I could even take photos and selfies up there without holding onto the basket. Oh, but the morning pickup is quite chilly in August, do remember to dress in layers!

I would say this is such a valuable flight experience. I love it very much. Actually, I have a lot of control, which is out of my expectations. This is my first time controlling the flight, and I can even take off by myself, amazing!!! My tutor, Justin, is very patient, and he encouraged me a lot during the flight.

Fantastic 5.0
Booking the tour was straightforward and hassle-free. When you arrive at the ferry terminal, just show your ticket to the crew. After landing on Rottnest Island, you can pick up your hired bike at the terminal by just telling them your name. This way, you skip the long lines and the hassle of renting a bike at the shop. Cycling around Rottnest Island is a fantastic and wholesome way to discover the island’s stunning scenery, as you can pause anywhere you like, and the roads are very bike-friendly. Plus, it’s a real treat to spot the adorable quokkas! Although the weather wasn’t the sunniest, it still made for an enjoyable ride without breaking a sweat.

Fantastic 5.0
I was the last batch to go up before the weather got bad. So glad I made it. All thanks to responsive Whatsapp customer service on the latest weather forecast and that I'm welcomed to wait there knowing I might not be able to make it, I made the bet. All went very fast and smoothly and they have the best and funniest instructor who impressed me by speaking simple Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. He had 15 years of skydiving experience and I was his 8th that day! He made the experience less scary and more fun. I got the photo in few hours and video will be in within a week. Glad I made the decision to skydive with Geronimo.

Fantastic 5.0
This was an amazing trip. We had some pictures taken by the harbor, and then saw the whale on top of the boat ride, which was amazing. We then took some bike rides around the island, looking at beautiful viewpoints and interacting with a quokka before going back. It was a fantastic trip overall. Thank you so much.

What to know before visiting Perth

Quick snapshot of Perth and what to expect

Perth is a sunlit coastal city where tours, cruises and outdoor & sports activities dominate bookings, with attraction passes and museums also popular. Demand swings through the year, hitting a strong peak in June and a quiet trough in January, so the city’s calendar moves between lively mid-year crowds and much calmer early-year months.

Best times to visit and how prices behave

According to Klook booking data, the busiest month is June while the quietest month is January. Prices drift through the year: they fall to their lowest around October and climb to their highest around January, with notable increases again in June. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, target the shoulder months such as October; if you prefer the peak-season atmosphere and the most activity, plan for June when demand is highest. Overall, prices and demand don’t move perfectly together here — June is very busy but not the absolute priciest month, while January is quiet yet sees some of the year’s highest prices.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most travellers from Singapore book roughly three weeks ahead, so plan and lock in key experiences before you go, especially for travel in June when demand peaks. Many tours, cruises and outdoor activities still allow some flexibility — last-minute bookings are possible about a week out — but advance reservations make it easier to secure popular slots on Klook.
