A very affordable hotel with a warm and comforting atmosphere. Although we stayed in their extension building, the experience was still pleasant. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi on foot. If you’re visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend this place. 😁

The hotel staff are friendly especially Kate and Jenny. Overall the hotel is clean and the breakfast is ok. We loved our room very spacious and neat as well. The location is best since it's near tourist destinations. We had a good customer journey.

The Hotel is very nice and near the tourists spots. All the staffs are very nice and welcoming, they always greet you every time they see you. The breakfast is also very delicious and the servers are very nice as well. Will definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers and will come back to this hotel when I go back in Hanoi.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff are the best. Ms. Nancy, Ms. Sophia, and Mr. Martin have the highest kind of hospitality with their guest. Ms. Nancy helped us with our itineraries and was properly endorsed to Ms. Sophia and to the succeeding duty staff. The room we stayed in was very homey and spacious. Excellent location, centrally located and very accessible for all, but quiet once inside the hotel. The price is affordable for the service it provides. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Again, thank you, Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel. Your staff deserve a reward, kudos! 👏👏👏
