The front desk very helpful and approachable they help us to arrange our transportation everytime we are going to places we wanted and the location of hotel is walking distance from the tourist spot like st Joseph cathedral 5 mins away and also train street 10 mins only and a famous food bon cha 2 mins , so i highly recommended this hotel at old quarter area . breakfast: perfect transport access: perfect hotel location: perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with our overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was very approachable, friendly, and informative. They answered all of our questions with patience, provided helpful recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and welcoming. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

stay was food overall. i happen to be with a roommate who overly checks everything. she peeked under the bedside table and there were dirt and dust and a bit of trash. if you arent OC, there shouldnt be a problem!
