We really enjoyed our stay at Queen Cafe Hotel. The location is great, especially if you want to explore the Old Quarter since most places are within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us with our luggage and even opened the door for us every time we went in and out 😂 Special mention to Mr. Henry, the manager, who was really helpful and welcoming. He even had a list of local food spots that you wouldn’t easily find on Google, which was really nice and helpful for us. The only downside was the aircon. It wasn’t getting very cold, and it felt like there was barely any air coming out even when we adjusted it to the lowest temperature. Other than that, we had a great stay and really appreciated the hospitality!

We only stayed at Queen Cafe Hotel for our last night in Hanoi, but we had such a pleasant experience. The manager was really nice and kindly upgraded us to a super spacious room with a balcony. The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled really good when we arrived. The location was also convenient, with a cafe and bakery nearby, which was perfect for grabbing something before heading out. We also really appreciated that they accommodated our 4 AM checkout without any hassle, which made our early departure so much easier. Even though we only stayed for one night, the hospitality definitely made a great impression on us. Would happily stay here again!

Had such a pleasant stay at Queen Cafe Hotel in Vietnam. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff — they would even open the hotel door for us as early as 5AM, which made our early mornings feel extra safe and welcoming. They also let us borrow umbrellas during the city’s very unpredictable weather, which we truly appreciated. Small gestures like these made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm service and a clean, convenient and budget-friendly place to stay in Vietnam. 🤍

the place is simple yet comfortable and quiet. staff are very helpful and accommodating.. they also recommend places to visit and arranged transportation for you. They have SIM card if you need internet plus they can change your dollar too if you don’t have vnd in hand..

The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, and it’s located in the center of the Old Quarter, so it’s highly recommended. However, we availed their airport transfer and were informed by the receptionist that it would be a van. We even clarified since we were 5 people with a lot of luggage, which is why we chose this instead of booking a Grab. Unfortunately, an Xpander arrived, and we barely fit along with our luggage, which was very inconvenient.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is nice & quiet and convenient as well as it is near the Old Quarter and Train Street. The triple room that we booked was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and the toilet was nicely equipped. The staff was commendable- particularly Henry, who welcomed us and gave us plenty of helpful tips & answered all of our queries. Overall, this is an affordable decent hotel with great service. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
