This hotel has perfect location for me as it sits really close to the train street and VPbank to withdraw cash without fee. Its also quite at night unlike those hotels that sits righ in the middle of old quarter and the staffs here are extremely nice and friendly. They are very accomodating with our requests and concerns during our stay.I will definitely book this hotel again if I get a chance to visit Hanoi.

The room is clean, and the staff are also friendly. They arranged my airport pickup and bus trip (Hanoi-Sapa and vice versa) at a discounted rate, and they reply promptly on Messenger. You can message them before your stay if you need assistance or have requests. Based on experience, early check-in is allowed but depends on the circumstances during the day itself. I tried to arrange an early check-in beforehand, but they said it would depend on the circumstances. Regarding the early check-in, they charged me a 300,000 VND fee because they first gave me a different room than the one I booked while waiting for my original room to become available. You can also leave your baggage in the storage area if you’re going to Sapa at night, but won’t opt for late check-out (afaik, late check-out is 10% of the total room fee per hour). I left my things after I checked out (12 noon-8:30 pm), and they were safe. TL; DR: good and affordable hotel! Worth it to book.

location is ok, service ok, but in the last day ( 7-8 august ) having trouble > there is water overflowing from the 4th floor and penetrating to the 3rd floor, but i think it's ok because its our last day haha
