The view from the scenic room is truly amazing! The interior space is also very spacious! The overall feeling is absolutely top-notch! The hotel offers a swimming pool and gym for guests to exercise, relax, and have fun. The dining options are also very diverse, allowing you to enjoy various cuisines. The location is super convenient, right next to LaLaport, so you can shop to your heart's content, and the MRT station is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere! This experience truly left a lasting impression on me! ^_^

Opened in 2023, Taipei Jiantan Pulu Hotel is conveniently located near Jiantan MRT Station, meaning it's not far from Shilin Night Market. It offers underground parking for compact cars (with a height limit of 1.9 meters), and the rooms are brand new. Plus, there's a women's large public bath, and with its affordable prices, it's definitely an excellent choice in Taipei City!

The location is excellent, right next to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The room is very spacious, and the price is affordable compared to other hotels of similar room size. There's a convenience store right in front, and you just need to cross the street to find it. Overall, I'm impressed and will definitely come back again.

The location is incredibly convenient. You can take the hotel elevator directly to the first basement level, which leads to a food court and provides access to the MRT. Additionally, a room key card is required to access the hotel floors via the elevator, making it both convenient and very secure! Even the most affordable rooms are very spacious! Besides a large bed, there's also a sofa bed, a wardrobe large enough for carry-on luggage, and a very spacious bathroom that could even accommodate several more suitcases! The rooftop garden is average, with some common plants, but the space is small and the view is unremarkable. The gym is tiny, with only a few treadmills. What was truly impressive was the thoughtfully designed room key card holder: the back features a map of Taipei Main Station and the hotel's vicinity, and all facility operating hours are clearly listed inside. It's very practical!

I had a great stay at Hotel Papa Whale. The building design was really unique and different, but I actually liked its style and overall vibe. My room was spacious enough and had all the basic things I needed for a comfortable stay. Just a small reminder: bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, or buy some nearby if you didn’t pack any. The location was also very convenient — around a 6-minute walk to the Ximen area, which made it easy to explore, shop, and eat. There are also multiple 7-Eleven stores nearby, so it was very easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything else I needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I’d recommend it especially if you want to be near Ximending.

the room was clean and organized upon check in. staff are nice and kind enough to answer questions. location is nice since it’s near taipei main station and some restaurants and stores. a few minutes walk to ximending. bed was very comfortable for me. for the price, it was good enough!

My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

So generous and considerate! • A Must-Visit for Bear Lovers: The entire place has a bear-themed decor, and you absolutely must get the high-quality bear plushie for 99 NTD from the gift shop – it's incredible value for money. Whether you're traveling solo or with children, the thoughtfulness and amenities here far exceeded my expectations. It's an excellent accommodation choice near the train station!

Take the MRT to Nangang Software Park, walk through the connecting passage to the CTBC Financial Park to easily cross the street, take the elevator or escalator to the first-floor exit, turn left, and you will quickly reach the hotel. Breakfast: A buffet with a limited selection, but delicious. Service: The staff provides good service. When requesting a "Do Not Disturb" for a consecutive stay, small snacks, tea bags, and bottled water were still provided.
