location wise is excellent, just next to Zhong Shan Mrt which has red and green lines. nearby linear park is really pleasant for a stroll and has lots of interesting cafes and shops. Hotel seems a little bit tired but overall quite clean and well equipped (all amenities are available). a fairly stay for shopping and business.
