Thank you Jimmy for a greast day tour. We loved how organized the trip was. Time at each location is a bit limited but that is expected from day trips like this. JIMMY took good care of us and had plenty of tips and tricks to beat the crowds at each location. We especially loved the boating at Takachiho gorge. Walking down to the boat area is a challenge. make sure to wear comfy shoes. Try catching a shuttle back up because of the steep incline.

The trip was amazing, we really enjoyed it and we had a very friendly guide! Here are some tips for future visitors to have the perfect experience: 1. Bring food and something to drink, stop at a Konbini before the trip. There are food options on the trip, but you get to them really late, you have a 2,5 hour drive and sometimes you‘re in a rush. 2. I recommend to Not plan anything directly after the trip, we came back pretty late. 3. don‘t forget your Stamp book. 4. Bring enough cash. 5. You can leave stuff you don’t need while visiting the attractions at the bus, you drive with the same bus, the whole day.

The journey from fukuoka to kagoshima is pretty long but it is worthed. The tour leader chen san energy is also very energetic and fun which helps the tour to be more interesting. thankyou for the great journey today!! i look forward again in the future when i come to kyushu again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this group tour! Visiting Takachiho Gorge, Amano Iwato Shrine, and riding the Amaterasu Railway was an incredible way to experience the natural beauty and rich mythology of the area. Despite not being able to purchase the one with the Boat ride (last minute decision to book this tour because of the rain days prior to this trip), going to the Gorge was stil worth it.
A huge shoutout to our guide, Kevin! He was incredibly cheerful, energetic, and engaging throughout the entire trip. His positive energy was infectious, and he made sure everyone felt comfortable, organized, and well looked after

Tour guide Ms. Kong was humorous, engaging, and very knowledgeable about local customs and traditions. The driver was extremely polite and friendly, and greeted every passenger each time we got off the bus! Everything has returned to normal following the Kumamoto earthquakes! Sightseeing and tourism are completely fine, there aren't many tourists, and the attractions are very pleasant to walk around. Joining a day tour when traveling independently allows you to visit many places that are inconvenient to reach by public transportation! The itinerary was Aso Kusasenri -> Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine -> Takachiho Torokko Train -> Takachiho Gorge stroll. The Takachiho Torokko Train requires an additional payment of 2,300 yen per person! The weather was still quite hot in late October, so everything was lush and green, but the local scenery was great to see! Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine was my absolute favorite—it has such an amazing atmosphere!

Jimmy was a great guide! It’s always enjoyable when you have a lead that is relaxed and can make a bus laugh/smile. My family and I enjoyed the day trip. The sights were beautiful and so worth it. Would totally recommend and if you are lucky to have Jimmy you’ll have an awesome time touring Fukuoka.

A perfect nature tour of Kyushu, thanks to our guide, Nanami! I just finished my trip to Kumamoto and Miyazaki and couldn't wait to write this glowing review. The itinerary for this tour group was exceptionally well-designed, perfectly blending natural wonders with cultural experiences. In Aso, we witnessed one of the world's largest active volcanoes, an unforgettable experience of the Earth's pulse. We strolled across the vast grasslands of Kusasenri, feeling a unique sense of openness and tranquility. The boat ride through Takachiho Gorge was the highlight of the entire trip, making us feel as if we had stepped into a mythical world. The 'soul' of all these wonderful experiences was undoubtedly our guide, Nanami. She is incredibly professional and passionate: 1. Knowledgeable: She knows Kyushu's history, culture, geological formations, and local specialties like the back of her hand. Her explanations were vivid and engaging, allowing us not just to see the scenery but to understand the stories behind it. 2. Bilingual Communication: Our group had many international friends, and she served everyone throughout the trip with fluent Chinese and English, ensuring seamless communication and taking care of every member. It was very thoughtful. 3. Warm and Attentive: She always had a radiant smile, carefully looked after the elderly and children in the group, and helped everyone solve various problems, just like a reliable older sister. Thanks to Nanami, this journey was filled with warmth and cherished memories. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kyushu! I hope to meet her again on my next trip.

The travelling time took quite long so be prepared to bring snacks. We have a really cheerful and helpful guide Yang who guided us clearly on where to go along the way. Would say that the time for per stop is quite limited hence have to make use of time well. Can choose to have lunch at Takachiho gorge for nanban chicken/ cutlet/water flowing noodles or the shrine area for beef noodles. Although the start time is early, you can sleep during the journey too since it takes time to reach from point to point. Overall it was considered time well spent. Just hope for a good weather and no rain! It will definitely be a lot better!!
