Recommended to redeem it as soon as you arrive because the queue may be long if you go to the booth on the day of activation. Its worth it especially if you are visiting multiple locations outside the city.

The journey was very smooth, and the explanations from the tour bus guide were very clear. The bus also stopped at one location to allow tourists to use the restroom. Overall, we were very satisfied with this tour price:reasonable

Our lady driver is punctual and nice. she helped us a lot in planning our free and easy trip. There was a bonus shopping trip in a local shop with a lot of items on sale! Only part we did not like much is how she drives the Alphard. We still recommend Mariko.

Mila is a fantastic tour guide with so many great food recommendations. I had a lot of fun on this tour. Infact a day prior to the tour I had an unpleasant snow mobile raft experience at Tsudome so I had already made up my mind to pull out from the snow mobile experience. Mila convinced me that I would enjoy it and reassured there was a helmet visor to protect your eyes from the snow which is the main reason I didn’t want to participate. I’m so glad I listened to Mila because I had great time on the snow mobile and the helmet visor did protect my eyes. I’d recommend this experience and leave this one tip - carry lots of cash as there is no atm at any of the places you’ll be visiting

Today I joined the Furano day trip from Sapporo, and I must give our tour guide Oliver a big thumbs up! Oliver's professionalism and friendliness are both 100%. From the beginning of the gathering, he carefully helped us check the information, and explained the various attractions in three languages throughout the journey, very clearly. He not only made the characteristics and background stories of the various attractions in Biei vivid and interesting, but also thoughtfully reminded us of the return time and place. We took beautiful photos at the Lonely Christmas Tree and Shikisai-no-oka, and also rode snowmobiles, which was so much fun! We experienced a fairy-tale atmosphere at the Forest Fairy Terrace, and also admired the stunning natural scenery at Shirahige Falls. The HERB GARDEN buffet lunch was also great, with a rich variety and delicious food. Oliver took care of everyone's needs throughout the trip, proactively helped us take photos, and was always able to help us solve problems in the first time, making the whole journey particularly safe and happy. This travel experience really exceeded expectations, I highly recommend everyone to choose this tour, and be sure to look for Oliver as your tour guide!

Grace has been a phenomenal tour guide, providing information in 3 languages throughout the tour! She's very sweet and kind! We were able to view everything in the schedule and had fortunate clear weather. The driver was on time and provided a smooth experience. I truly believe the night tour is better and I highly recommend Grace and this tour.

Our tour guide Lucy was knowledgeable with her experience living in Hokkaido. I was amazed by how she could speak different languages and be informative. We got to learn a small portion of Hokkaidos history about their culture and food. The illumination tour was very well worth it.
