My guide was Ema and I would give her a 10/5 stars if I could! She was so informative and constantly was giving us fun facts about each area. She was so friendly and so attentive to other’s needs. I wish she could be on every tour that I go!
Victoria was very professional and kind, carefully introducing and looking after everyone throughout the trip. She even spotted us at Shikisai-no-Oka and specifically suggested we go play with the alpacas. It turns out they are really cute and love to eat. Lunch was also quite good; we even got to have a BBQ buffet. Grilling the BBQ meat with kimchi instantly turned it into Korean-style stir-fry, haha! All the food was fresh and delicious, and the skewers and pumpkin tempura were perfectly to my liking. Regarding the all-you-can-eat melon, it was sweet and tasty, and available right from the start. Of course, I had a piece first to get things started (haha) before heading to the buffet. There was only one downside to the entire trip: sitting next to "Chinese people" on the bus. They were incredibly energetic, like "espresso," keeping you super alert at all times because they talked non-stop and loudly, preventing you from resting, relaxing, or calming down. Even when our guide Victoria was speaking, they had to talk at the same time. Seriously, wherever Chinese people are, bad luck follows! I was the unlucky one! (っ ˃̣̣̥᷄︵˂̣̣̥᷅ )っ⁾⁾
Beautiful Hokkaido! Our tour guide, Oscar, is very nice, friendly and funny. The tour itself was excellent. There are so much beautiful spots and places to visit and you can take photos anywhere and they are beautiful!
We really enjoyed the tour! 😍 Everything was great, the itinerary, especially the penguin walk. The bus was comfortable, and of course our tour guide, Vivi, was amazing! She was very kind and accommodating, and she speaks English very well. We will definitely book another tour with Klook again.🇯🇵🥶❄️
Great tour package. Our tour guide Victoria was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the trip. She ensured everything was well organized and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
The tour is well arranged! It is amazing to see the falls and Ningle Terrace in winter! it looks so beautiful in the snowy season. The driver and our guide Victoria is very funny and professional. Victoria makes the tour very interesting! highly recommended!
We have a very good guide. Kudos to him for repeating the info in English, Japanese and Mandarin. He’s very helpful and definitely knowledgeable. The weather was at its best so the photos came out great. See it yourself to believe it. The day tour is highly recommended.
Our tour guide was Xiao Liu, and he was very diligent in explaining and introducing everything along the way. Since there were people from various countries in our group, the tour guide had to introduce everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which was quite commendable. I was most looking forward to the Blue Pond and the all-you-can-eat cantaloupe on this trip. However, I didn't expect the Blue Pond to be so crowded, with everyone trying to get a good spot for photos. So, you need to be mindful of your photography skills and time management. As for the cantaloupe, I didn't find it very sweet, but it was still a generous offering. However, I really didn't think the other meals were necessary; they were quite average, haha. (Taste is a personal and subjective experience, for reference only). Thanks to this day trip, we were able to travel from the city center to the Furano area and back in the same day. I think it's a great value if you don't want to drive yourself; you can just get on the bus, relax, and sleep, and see so many attractions.
I like the itinerary, too bad there's no blue pond on July. I think shinsikai oka, kamifurano and tomita is nice but 3 farm on 1 day is a bit boring because they look quite similar in the end. But it's still a nice tour, highly recommended for first timer like me. Our tour guide Alex is the most chatty tour guide among others tour guide I've met in Japan. His fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English and give a lot of good recommendation. I even saw him help other find her kids. Really nice and helpful. Btw, the bus is also nice and cool. In this summer, a cool bus is the best
The tour bus was large, and it was a little overwhelming at the morning meeting point because many tour groups and travel agencies were gathering in the same area at the same time. Because the location was far, the bus ride was long, but our guide, Ms. Liu, kept us entertained with explanations and stories about the areas in both Chinese and Japanese. The time spent at each attraction was a bit short; I wish we could have stayed a little longer. But I also understand that Japanese drivers have working hour restrictions, and we were traveling a long distance, so it's unavoidable. The flower fields were beautiful, and Ms. Liu helped us take photos. The all-you-can-eat melon was great, but one hour for lunch + shopping was really rushed, so when looking at the itinerary, you might want to make some choices and not pack too much in. Overall, it was a great experience! Highly recommended!
