The environment is beautiful, and the alpacas are well cared for. I booked the tour in Mandarin, and the staff was very enthusiastic and funny, and also offered to take pictures. The whole tour, from the explanation to taking pictures with the alpacas and feeding them, is followed by a choice of coffee, tea, or juice, along with a cookie. The whole experience takes about an hour. Because it's popular, you can't wander around after the tour; they need to prepare for the next group of visitors! Although it's not long, it's definitely worth it. The alpacas don't smell at all, and they're very friendly and super cute.

“Punting on the River Avon was such a relaxing and memorable experience. The guide was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fascinating stories about Christchurch’s history. Gliding along the river while learning about the city’s past made the whole experience even more special. A must-do activity when visiting Christchurch.”

Redemption process is very fast, almost immediately after booking i can exchange the tickets at the main ticket counter. interval of the tram were also fast. the live commentary was good, allow us to learn about christchurch’s history.

The whole tour was amazing, although the itinerary was a bit hectic. Except for Mt. Cook, the other stops were quite short — just enough time to snap a few photos before moving on to the next spot. It’s understandable since the destinations are quite far from Christchurch. They also provided free lunch and snacks (chips), which was a nice touch

I had a good time travelling from Christchruch to Queenstown. We were also stopped at several places like Mt. Cook, Tasman Glacier, Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki, Lindis Pass, Orchrdas and High Country Salmon. If you are travelling from Christchurch to Queenstown, you will be transferred into other van in Mt Cook. Don't worry, the driver is as welcome as the first one. Overall good experience, thank you!

Just finished the Arthur’s Pass tour with Clive as our guide (hope I got the name right). Clive is a fantastic guide. He made sure we had enough time to explore, rest, and take pictures at every stop along the way. He provided very informative commentary during the trip and even led the way and showed us to the Cave Stream.
Thank you, Clive, for the kind hospitality and for always trying your best to accommodate the passengers’ needs.
Will definitely book another trip with Cheeky Kea next time I visit NZ!

Kevin led this tour, and on the way to Flea Bay, we were able to briefly stop and overlook the entire Akaroa from a high vantage point. Kevin also introduced us to the local history and natural scenery, which was very interesting! The kayaking trip in Flea Bay was relaxing and enjoyable under Kevin's guidance. Along the way, we saw abundant natural scenery, as well as penguins, seals, and various birds. It was great value for the money!

What a great excersion! A must do day trip. Driver & tour guide Cheryl did a fantastic job with lots of information & detail whenever on the move. Make sure wear a pair of good hiking booth for this trip as the slope might be muddy & slippery not to mention the steep slope all the way up to the top. Nevertheless, ths stop over in Lake Camp & Lake Clearwater was breathtaking! The mirror reflection on the lake was spectacular & completely out of this world! Kudos to Cheryl - Great Job Done!
